Swiggy — Uncooked/raw food delivery - swiggy not even bothering to acknowledge the issue

I had placed the order on 20th June 2025 @ 10.50 pm having order ID [protected], which was delivered @ 11.21 pm. I had received uncooked frozen boneless wings in my order. I raised a complaint via Swiggy app @ 11.29 pm; within 8 minutes of receiving the order. The Swiggy bot’s resolution, while abruptly ending the conversation, was to write an email for resolution which was sent at 11.37 pm.
Since the written complaint, noone on behalf has even bothered to call or respond to the mail offering a resolution.

It’s been almost two weeks now, forget the refund, Swiggy reps have not even bothered to respond to my email.
