Swiggy — Unknown person is using my personal email Id

I would like to report a fraudulent activity on my personal email id associated with your app. My email id, [protected]@gmail.com, has been used by someone else without email verification. To deactivate that I am not able to log in to that account without associated phone number, which I do not know. The fraud person is using my personal mail and name to place orders on your app. As per the invoice, the fraudster’s name and address is AKHILA, Akhila House Panorama Nagar Pandarachira First Cross Road
Nethaji Nagar, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, Kerala 682020, India

I have already reported this issue with swiggy support team multiple times via email(Req id: 18205550,[protected], but no action has been taken so far. I expect prompt action from your team to address this issue.

I would like to delete the account. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this issue as it is causing me significant inconvenience and is also a security concern. looking forward to hearing from you soon.
