    I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with my recent order. Today, I ordered 2 packs of Real Orange Fruit Juice from Swiggy Instamart and was disappointed to find that the taste was different than normal.

    Upon opening the package, I noticed something inside one of the packs and decided to take pictures to document the issue. I am attaching these images for your reference, including the video of what I found inside the package.

    As a regular and loyal customer, I was surprised and disappointed by this experience. The defective pack had a different color and taste compared to the other pack, and I could tell that there was a significant difference in the quality of the product.

    I am hoping that you will take the necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that your products are of high quality and meet the standards of your customers. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a resolution to this matter.

      I placed the order at New Delhi Sweets and at 11:24 AM IST on 18 June I got a call from Swiggy customer care team that Rasgulla and mirchi vada worth ₹134 are unavailable.
      I requested the support team to deliver the items available and refund for the items unavailable.
      The same was confirmed by Delivery executive Khileshwar Sahu at the time of delivery. I even have a phone recording with the delivery executive.
      Till now no refund has been initiated by Swiggy team. Also, the invoice provided has the two undelivered items also listed.
      This is a serious breach of trust. Kindly check the same and refund me ₹134.

        I have been getting invoices in my email about orders I did not make. I have only used swiggy while visiting India, I am currently in the uk. I am unable to log into my account as I don’t have my Indian number phone with me anymore. I can’t get in touch with swiggy either. I would like swiggy to stop these orders.           I ordered two items in swiggy but I didn't get one item and the another item I get is very old and coming bad smell..I complaint in swiggy costomer support and they said give a coupon worth 30 rs I booked in 401 rs total .. didn't get item and they are not willing to refund my money..

            Ordered food from swiggy online, just to confirm the order, called the restaurent owner and got to know that the order has not been picked up and the delivering partner is telling that i have picked your parcel, now dont call me again and again. very very rude behavior from the delivering partner and also spoke some rude language. Strict action to be taken from swiggy. Now cant trust the swiggy that whether delivering food from the authorised place or from the other.

              We ordered cake on June 10 with Order ID Order#[protected]. First, we used food card for payment.It showed that the transaction was failed. So, we again used debit card and done the payment. But amount debited from food card and debit card also. That means, two times amount was debited.
              Here, I have attached the image of Order details and amount debited message.
              Kindly check and refund the amount.

                    I have ordered a ton of times from swiggy, many at times i have received wrong items or missing items n most of the time quality being the issue, leakage and quantity issue
                    All of these issues i have faced, being a outstation student I have spent a lot to curb my hunger and when faced with such issues i always filed a complaint but the response which i received is not what was expected from them.
                    Whenever i file a complaint they directly show it will take few hours (6-8hrs as mentioned in the message) to see your complaint even after selecting to talk to an agent they simply send an email that we are unable to process your request and if you want you can rate the restaurant.

                    Seems like poor customer support

                      I ordered food in swiggy they marked it as delivered but they have not delivered the order. I ordered chicken iguru in swiggy.                         An order was place on swiggy from restaurant called Chowman. The restaurant missed an item callen "drunken chicken". We complained immediately the moment we realized while opening the parcel. there has been absolutely no response from Swiggy since 02/06/23. I would like a refund for the food not sent and compensation on lack of customer service.

                        This is not the first time swiggy has ignored customer service. I do not understand why the lie by saying they'll get back within 48hrs and literally do not care to do a follow up.

                          Subject: Formal Complaint Against Swiggy Food Delivery Company and Its Delivery Partners

                          Dear Sir,

                          I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue I have been facing with Swiggy, a popular food delivery company, and its delivery partners. The purpose of this complaint is to seek your assistance in addressing the rude behavior and refusal of delivery by Swiggy's delivery partners, despite the collection of a home delivery fee.

                          I have been a regular customer of Swiggy for over a year now, and unfortunately, I have repeatedly encountered instances where the delivery partners employed by Swiggy have displayed unprofessional conduct and have refused to deliver the food parcels to my address. This refusal to deliver the paid-for parcels is particularly distressing, considering that Swiggy charges a separate fee for home delivery.

                          Not only is this behavior disrespectful and inconvenient, but it also represents a breach of the agreement between Swiggy and its customers. The consistent refusal to deliver food parcels, despite the collection of a home delivery fee, is an unacceptable practice that warrants immediate attention and resolution.

                          Furthermore, it has come to my attention that the delivery partners employed by Swiggy have adopted a policy of canceling orders if they are not collected from the roadside. This approach not only compromises the convenience and safety of customers but also goes against the fundamental principles of a reliable food delivery service. What is even more disheartening is the fact that the customer care department of Swiggy supports and enables this culture of the delivery partners, rather than addressing the issue and ensuring quality service.

                          I believe it is imperative for the government to intervene in such matters to protect the rights and interests of consumers. I kindly request your intervention in investigating this matter and taking appropriate actions against Swiggy for its failure to provide the promised service and for the consistent misconduct of its delivery partners.

                          In light of the aforementioned issues, I request the following actions to be taken:

                          1. Conduct an inquiry into the repeated incidents of rude behavior and refusal of delivery by Swiggy's delivery partners, despite the collection of a home delivery fee.
                          2. Establish stricter guidelines and regulations for food delivery companies to ensure that they fulfill their commitments to customers and provide quality services.
                          3. Enforce penalties or other appropriate measures against Swiggy for its failure to address these recurring issues promptly.
                          4. Implement mechanisms to hold Swiggy's customer care department accountable for its support of the delivery partners' culture and failure to resolve customer complaints satisfactorily.
                          5. Regularly monitor and audit food delivery companies to ensure compliance with established standards and to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers.

                          I am confident that your attention to this matter will lead to significant improvements in the quality and reliability of food delivery services in our region. I believe it is crucial to address these issues promptly to prevent further inconvenience to customers and to uphold the integrity of the food delivery industry.

                          Thank you for your time and consideration. I have enclosed relevant order ids below for your reference on which Swiggy never gave the complaint numbers in any form or email or sms. There are several such instance and order numbers which could be provided. I look forward to a positive resolution to this matter.

                          Order #[protected] Delivery partner was rude/Refused to delivery at Home/Cancelled the Order as well on his own. Even the Customer care representative was in support of the delivery partner and after talking for more than 30 mins hung up on us. Dated 6th June'23.

                          When spoke to their escalation team i was assured it wont happen again and was also promised a follow up from their managers regard this matter but never received their promised call moreover faced the same issue next day.

                          Order #[protected] - Delivery partner showed disrespect and was adamant for not delivering the parcel to home. Dated 7th June'23

                          Order #[protected] Delivery partner rudely said why do we order when we cant come and collect the order from roadside and refused to deliver to home. Also said Swiggy has given them orders not to deliver to home nor does Swiggy gives them money to deliver to door steps of the consumer/customer. Dated 7th June'23

                            It is to inform you that my order has been cancelled after making us wait for almost 2 and half hours. We have ordered pizzas from Oven Story nearly around 9:00 pm and it's 11:30 when we were informed about the order being cancelled. It is also to inform you that a token of apology wont work in this case, I m highly disappointed with this kind of behaviour and disgusting services from Swiggy. Making sure that it reaches to more people. This is unbelievable! I won't be ordering anything in future from you and won't recommend the same. Worst service ever.

                              I ordered for plain mixed dry fruits but got mixed peri peri dry fruits delivered. I am facing regular delays in orders recently. The customer care is so poor that they parrot repeat their predefined response. I wasted over Rs.500. Fed up with swiggy. Zomatp is much better.

                                  I ordered Amul frostik from Swiggy instamart on 03/06/2023. The icecream was delivered in a fully melted form as if it was stored at room temperature for a few days. Even after contacting customer care, they say they won't give any refund. It is an unfortunate circumstance but are refusing to take responsibility that the instamart staff failed to store food correctly. Does Swiggy think people are dogs by sending such food. This food shows how much Swiggy doesn't care for storing food properly. Why should I pay for such food?

                                  Look at the response of Swiggy team trying to shirk all accountability. They are sorry but no refund can be given. Wow..would Swiggy care enough to such disgusting looking food?
