Dear Sir/Madam:

I have ordered online from a Chinese Restaurant name Chopsticks at Mettuguda, Hyderabad, Telangana

Items Ordered: Price per Swiggy - Actual Restaurant Price
1) Chicken Corn soup 140.00 105.00
2) Shangai soup 168.00 126.00
3) Sing. Ckn Fried Rice 245.00 184.00

Total: 553.00 415.00

Swiggy delivery fee, plus tax extra: 62.15
Total swiggy bill: 615.15
Discount: 39.90
Final bill amount: 575.00

Swiggy billed amount after 10% discount is Rs. 575. Upon verification with restaurant - actual bill is Rs. 415. Even if one were to include delivery fee and other tax, this amount should be approx. Rs. 477 or 478 max. I feel cheated by Swiggy. I tried to contact swiggy customer care and even spoke to their Manager - Vishal, but they inform me that the restaurant is responsible and not them for the extra charge, whereas when I spoke to the restaurant, they say it is Swiggy who is charging extra. As there is no resolution, I am forced to raise this complaint.

    I have placed an order with Order ID #[protected] on Swiggy. I have waited for almost 2 Hours to get my order delivered. Even after waiting for 2 Hours my order was not delivered to me. When I have called directly to the Restaurant they told that my order was already handover to Delivery Boy 45 Minutes earlier. When I have talked to customer care she said we are unable to connect with Delivery Boy.
    It means that Delivery Boy assign to this order took my order ran away. In this case it was also not informed by Swiggy after 1 Hour that my order cannot be delivered.
    Due to all such scam done by Delivery boy I got very inconvenience and I want that action will taken against Swiggy or that Swiggy Delivery Boy.

      This is in reference to my latest swiggy instamart order #[protected]... the chat service is highly pathetic & noncustomer friendly. Inspite of me waiting for the order for more than 50 minutes, no proactive calling from their side, just to let you know I am a Swiggy One Member, they are taking their privileged members for granted. Blame excuse given that instead of x delivery partner assigned, y delivery partner took my order & never reached me & I kept waiting & waiting & had to finally in disdain cancel my order. Super pathetic service. Mind you this is the 4 time I am having this issue. I don't know whether you are completely aligned & paying enough to your delivery partners. I am now going to go away & completely discontinue & will tell all my relatives & friends to discourage & discontinue Swiggy. Zomato & Blinkit are 100 times better than you.

        I want to change my shift from full time to part time because he gave very low MG in my area that why i cant earned more than 250 with the login time of 9 hours

          My delivery partner has picked up my order and he didn't respond to my calls .Soon my order has been cancelled without any prior notice.i have been charged with cancellation fee.

            Disappointed by a product refund needed was order two quality of tender coconut event two product also in bad condition getting bad smell can't drink such a water and not received free item also in parcel need resolution over on this

              I just logged in to my friends phone through my contact number in Swiggy.
              Now I can't change back to my number as it is showing number already been used in the last 6 months.
              I need to get back my Swiggy account. Orelse permenantly delete my account.

                So, today (19.03.2023) I ordered a chicken whopper from Burger King via Swiggy. I paid 120 INR as I am a Swiggy One membership holder. The order number is[protected] and had ordered the food before 8:00 PM. This burger was ordered from Burger King outlet of Kavanur, Tamil Nadu. When I opened the package, It was without any box. I have ordered whopper before several times and always there is a outer box and inside there is a burger. But this time there wasn't any box and the outer paper was already somewhat torn. Ignoring this... when I opened the the burger, I saw that the patty was completely burnt, the veggies were stale. Anyone who will even look at that burger will feel that it is 2-4 days old burger. When we get fresh burger, the food is somewhat hot. Bu this was completely cold and very bad appearance was there. I asked swiggy for the resolution of this issue through the chats. They did not give a single resolution and the bot told me to just give negative rating to the restaurant. I tried calling swiggy customer care and even burger king... none of them were reachable. I had to throw this entire burger into the dustbin because no person can eat this 3-4 days old burger. I will encourage and spread awareness about this situation and I will tell them never to order food from swiggy and burger king. No one gives a resolution to this issue. I hope some strict action is taken against these horrible people. Also I want a refund of my 120 INR into my source account. I am a student and money getting wasted on such things is very bad, we need money everyday for our project expenses and I am at a loss. I hope that my issue will get resolved and my money will get refunded soo. Thank you

                  Ordered a big paneer wrap, pizza mac puff, french fries and chocolate shake.
                  Chocolate shake and pizza mac puff were missing.
                  And paneer wrap and french fried were cold and stale. I immediately complained to the customer service. They told to resolve the issue within 6 hours. But after 6 hours they closed my complaint. After that i repeatedly complained to swiggy through various platforms but they are not accepting their mistake. The packaging was torn and food was eaten by delivery boy. They are putting the blame on mc donald. Because of their fight i have lost money. They are frauds. Kindly boycott swiggy.

                    On[protected]. Order No. #[protected]. Order was cancelled against my approval. Its mentioned that address was wrong. Delivery person mentioned that he cant come to my location due to road repair, and the route was provided by Swiggy only. He did not agreed to reach my nearest location that also declined. If any road repair and not able to reach, without my consent order is cancelled. Swiggy can't follow alternate way to reach my order. Its clear intention to cheat the customer.

                      I am a loyal swiggy one customer.
                      Now many times I have faced things like broken egg, stale and expired items sent, wrong items sent...
                      Since last few times it's taking long time to get refund for the mistake swiggy made.
                      Now this time they have really crossed the limit ...on March 17th mrn i placed an instamart order with no.[protected].

                      I ordered two spinach and received a big bunch of methi.I don't eat methi and I'm allergic to it.Swiggy has made a mistake so they should refund me.Why should I pay for something i did not order.

                      My spinach was 37+20, so they need to give me refund of Rs57/-
                      The amnt mayb small but I value every penny and I am not going to waste my money like this for swiggys mistake.Also how can I ever trust swiggy again if the order amnt is bigger and they send wrong items again.

                      So i have deleted the app and I have lost my complete trust in swiggy instamart since d last few times so I'm not interested in using instamart again

                      I have written many mails n chatted n wasted lot of time just to hear the reply -
                      "We cannot validate your claim now so we can't compensate.We value your feedback and will take care in future."

                      Don't think customer is a fool.
                      Don't tell me the same line again.I have heard this same line many times and I'm still facing same issue at times so none o[censored]r feedback is working.

                      This is Not fair.Give me d reason why?I have asked so many times but till now no customer support has given me the good reason why they are not giving refund when it's clearly Swiggy mistake and i have sent clear picture of item with swiggy sticker to them?
                      You have sent the wrong item so y r u not giving me my refund.Are you cheating and looting customers like this.D wrong item is still there, take it, its not what i ordered

                      You can do whatever improvement you want in d future but i want my refund right now, it's my consumer right.

                        My order no is [protected] and I placed an order on 17th march in the morning.
                        Swiggy sent me methi instead of palak(spinach)...I ordered 2 spinach so they need to refund me 37+20 = Rs 57

                        I have to throw away this methi which is the wrong product Swiggy sent me as im allergic to it and this is not what i ordered.I dont want it...

                        I repeatedly wasted lot of time chatting and emailing them and they just replied with 1 sentence -
                        "we were unable to validate your claim, therefore, we cannot compensate you in this instance."
                        I also asked them what do you need to validate the claim but they kept sending the above line again and again. The customer service now is just getting horrible by the day.

                        I already provided them with all the pictures on mail of methi with their swiggy sticker also and still they say they cannot validate.

                        I have never faced such horrible experience with Swiggy earlier and now they are just looting or fooling their loyal customers.

                        It is the customer's right to demand a full refund when the brand is sending wrong items but I have had such a horrible experience this time with Swiggy that I deleted the app and I am never interested in using Instamart again as now and then they make mistakes and I have to go through this tedious process to get my right of refund...They loot the customers.

                        The amount is small but I will not tolerate this kind of behaviour when they fool the customer.This just goes to show that if tomorrow I order an item for 500 rs and they send me the wrong item then they will tell me sorry they cannot validate the issue and hence cannot do anything. So How can I trust a brand like Swiggy anymore with this attitude? This is not correct and I cannot stand brands when they fool their loyal customers specially never expected this behaviour from Swiggy.

                        I have deleted the app but I want my refund as this is the consumer right after the brand has sent me wrong items

                          Ordered cheese dosa for dinner from Madurai Idly Shop, waited for an hour for food and then I get spoilt potato in dosa. Horrible experience, how does these restaurants get lisence I wonder. They should be ashamed of themselves. They are deliberately sending spoilt food to customers and they just get away with it. Swiggy on the other hand just get away with it saying this they will look into it. Swiggy just don't bother about what gets delivered. They are happy with their share of profit .

                                I've given right location. Delivery partner called me and told me that he is at location. I asked him where are you but he was not telling me his location he was only repeating I'm at location. I rechecked my location and asked help from customer care. He initiated conference call and on call that delivery partner was shouting on me and telling me I delivered order and asked him when I told you that you are not at location then how can you give my order to anyone else. He started shouting on me . I asked customer care to return my money but they are not providing any help.

                                  Super daily recently changed app name to insanely good and it is maintained by swigy. After migration it stopped daily milk delivery supply.so i request my amount refund to source. It's been more than one month no action taken from them. Pl do the needful

                                      I had ordered breads on SWIGGY and to my surprise I received food already eaten by someone.I shared the pics with SWIGGY & demanded entire refund of the order which they denied.They are offering coupon of Rs 39/- whereas the bill amount is Rs 197/- .I am attatching pics of the same.Since the food was already eaten by someone I completely disposed it off & informed the same to SWIGGY.Still they are denying the refund.Since issue was completely from their side I hereby request you to help me get my refund with proper compensation.Thanks

                                        Today I ordered few products from Swiggy Instamart out of it I received rotten potatos, Have raised a complain regarding this and Swing Instamart support completely denying to prove any compensation or return/exchange of product.

                                        This is very bad experience and i think i will not be able to order anything from Swiggy Instamart.
