Swiggy — Waiting for bonus

Hi Team
I have delivered 7 order at 17th Jan for incentive of 511 from 8 pm to 11.15, but I have not received my bonus yet. I have raised ticket multiple times on Swiggy app for bonus but still not getting any solution, 1 member has called me and she said that your daily order amount was high so u r not eligible for bonus but in app there was clearly mention after 7 th delivery and login must 3 hour between 6 to 11 pm ..
I have all criteria for bonus so request you pls add bonus amount otherwise I have to take legal action on it..

Because your support person is so rude and they don't know how to talk just they doing their job for time pass ..
They are hurry in cut the call
