Swiggy — Wrong information provided and not resolved customer problems

I regularly order from Swiggy, but today I had a very bad experience with an order from The Kathi Roll Express, Lal Kothi, Jaipur. They delivered extremely poor-quality food, and the packing included waste papers, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable.

I immediately raised a complaint with Swiggy customer care, but I did not receive a proper response or resolution. After tasting the food, I am now experiencing stomach pain, which clearly shows the food was not safe for consumption.

I request Swiggy to take strict action, including delisting this restaurant from the platform if necessary, to ensure customer safety. I also expect a proper resolution from Swiggy regarding this serious issue.
