Swiggy — wrong items delivered

I ordered a certain food item from swiggy (Order #[protected]) however what i received was totally different. On contacting them they said that they can only take feedback and could not do anything further.
On requesting to talk to a manager i was hunged up on saying someone will call back in 20 mins but that did not happen either. This is not the first time that they have done this.

I paid via netbanking at swiggy for a burger king delivery, i didnt recieve an item, Bk grill chicken . No one at swiggy is picking up calls nor can i even send them a mail as there is a server error. What do i do to stop them from getting away with this? I'd like a refund as soon as possible cause this is blatant ignorance on their part.
