Swiggy — wrong items delivered | |||
I ordered a certain food item from swiggy (Order #[protected]) however what i received was totally different. On contacting them they said that they can only take feedback and could not do anything further. On requesting to talk to a manager i was hunged up on saying someone will call back in 20 mins but that did not happen either. This is not the first time that they have done this. My mob no [protected] with order no [protected] I ordered biryani from the biryani co New Delhi but I have not received these order till now. No one is picking up the phone. I have paid online. Refund my amount.

I paid via netbanking at swiggy for a burger king delivery, i didnt recieve an item, Bk grill chicken . No one at swiggy is picking up calls nor can i even send them a mail as there is a server error. What do i do to stop them from getting away with this? I'd like a refund as soon as possible cause this is blatant ignorance on their part.
