[Resolved]  Swiggy — Wrong Items delivered from swiggy instamart

We ordered some grocery items from swiggy instamart. Order number[protected]. Order amount Rs 544.
The delivery person just handed over 2 kwality walls ice cream instead of the order that i placed . When talked to the delivery person he said not his fault and blamed the store for it. There was now way he connected us to the store neither we had a way to connect to the store. When tried to raise a complaint with the customer care they don’t have a way where we can talk to them directly. However there was a person named raj from customer care who started a chat but when asked for help he did not bothered to respond. And after sometime he said we have given you the resolution hence closing the conversation.
Unexpected this from swiggy. Need some help . Rs 544 is a huge amount for me and i just cant let it go because of the improper system of swiggy in place.
