Swiggy — wrong order delivered refund denied

I had placed an order through Swiggy (Order ID: #[protected], Old Request Number:[protected] on[protected] for the following items:

Double Cheese Clucker Pepperoni Medium Pizza

Double Cheese Chicken Tikka Medium Pizza

However, the restaurant delivered normal pizzas instead of the double cheese versions:

Clucker Pepperoni Medium Pizza

Chicken Tikka Medium Pizza

I uploaded photo evidence of the wrong order through the Swiggy app.

Despite this being a clear service failure, Swiggy has:

Not arranged a replacement or refund.

Sent only auto-generated template replies.

Wrongly marked my complaint as "resolved" without my consent.

Finally denied my refund request without proper consideration.

This is a case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. I paid ₹643, but did not receive the items I ordered.

I request the full refund of ₹643 and appropriate action against Swiggy for failing to honor consumer rights.
