Swiggy — wrong quantity delivered and no action against vendor

Ordered Dal Makhani & Kadhai Chap (half each) from
@Swiggy, but delivery took 1 hr 15 mins Vs promised 25 mins and items were in quarter quantity only! Raised complaint but no help. Seems, to earn high commission @Swiggy don't care Cx service.
They charged 30 rs for packaging and delivered me in a polythin bag.
Customer care even didn't try to reach restaurent or might be reached and deducted amount from vendor but didn't refunded me.
