Swiggy — Wrong Stale Noodles received instead of Mix Rice

I am having an awful disgusting experience with Swiggy, I have ordered two mixed chilli garlic & schezwan fried rice for my family dinner from Rajdhani Food Express restaurant at midnight but restaurant sent some freezed cold sticky plain noodles filled with stinky water which taste so bad, non even consumable during this COVID situation; there's no trace of rice, and as this was mixed fried rice orders, the entire item is different, means instead of mixed rice got stinky rotten noodles (attaching picture). This is people should not order foods at night from Swiggy. All two food packs looks so unsafe unsealed, I want this to get picked up immediately. Being a Swiggy One member & having so many orders with Swiggy I had to face this kind of incident. As soon as delivery person delivered the food, I had contacted over chat support and over call, both side requested me to mail for food replacement. Now look into this and before taking any action just give me a callback for sure, I kept the order with me, immediately send someone who can check this and pick it up, make sure you pickup the item for investigation purposes.
Update from Swiggy Escalation : Denied to provide refund or replacement straight on mail, these shameless people are scamming users by looting their hard earned money, after delivery of the order within just a minute checked the wrong stale order and contacted Swiggy support immediately. But their intention to cheat customers so they refused to provide replacement on chat and call.
Take an appropriate action ASAP
