      Cancelled my order once and cod as a payment option was made unavailable for me. When i sent them a mail asking them the reason for disabling the option they told me that the option can only be unlocked after 5 to 6 successful online transaction. This is completely arbitrary and violates section 2 nnn (B) of consumer protection act, 1986.

            I placed an order (#[protected] from WarmOven Cake & Desserts on 26th Jan at 6:30 PM which was supposed to be delivered in 60-65mins.
            The delivery guy was not able to find the address and called us for help. We instructed him with several landmarks, but he couldn't find any.
            So, we reached those landmarks to help him find us. Meanwhile, we also reached out to customer care to coordinate our communication with the delivery guy as we were not able to reach out to him a couple of times.
            The customer care team also merged our calls where we gave him some landmarks so that he could reach us.
            By this time, it was already past 9:30 PM. (3 hours from the order time). The delivery guy then denies his service and cancels the order.
            The customer care went ahead and cancelled the order and I was shocked to see that this team put the whole blame on the customer and charged us the entire amount as cancellation fee. They mentioned, delivery guy tried to reach out to us but we were not reachable.

            It was completely the delivery guys fault, yet I am charged with the amount.

            On raising multiple complaints and having series of conversations with their team for hours together, they kept saying it's my fault and initiated refund for half amount.
            I need full refund as I did not get the item nor service.

                      My order was delayed on 23rd Jan, on complaining to the customer support they passed the call to the end to end support who was such a worst person who just wasted my time for 2 hours and was not at a supportive. The. After a long time someone else came and committed compensation which never came to my account. This was the third instance where swiggy committed compensation but never delivered it. Now when I'm asking the agent about compensation he says the they have policy According to which compensation can only be provided within 24 hours. This is really very frustrating dealing with poor services then on top of that poor customer support. I request government to take strict actions against Swiggy and cancel their license for cheating people and providing poor service. I am still waiting on call for supervisor from 10 min that they will respond. And this is the limit. Please consumer forum request to you kindly take strict actions against theses companies who are cheating Indian people. Their license needs to be cancelled and we need to set examples form these type of companies for poor support and customer service

                            My friend ordered to me one waffle from belgian waffel co and my delivery was not given to the address mentioned and they charged for that and asked to cancel the payed order the order was from the number [protected] this is not the first which is happening worst experience ever i would never ever try swiggy from next

                                      Swiggy website always reports that the driver is already at the restaurant to pick up the order and food is being prepared by the restaurant. In reality, when you call the restaurant about the delay, they say food is ready to be picked up and the driver is not there to collect it yet. Liars

                                        Cancellation charge refund

                                        I placed an order on swiggy. Later when I accidentally clicked on cancel, my order got cancelled with total amount of cancellation charges. Without confirmation I’m charged cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please refund my amount....
