HI,

This is to complain about the incident that happened today with my wife Rupam Pandey who ordered food from Swiggy today. Below are the order details:

Ordered from - McDonald's, Sector 29, Gurgaon
Order date - December 31st
Order Time - 9.22 pm
Was supposed to be delivered in 55 minutes
Order value - Rs 293,
ORDER #[protected] | FRI, DEC 31, 2021,
It is 12 midnight and I have not yet received the delivery. All this while I was continuously chatting with the support team and also got to speak to the customer support team twice.

For the last 2 & a half hrs, I was continuously being told that delivery will happen soon. and they are sorry for everything that happened. Sharing the screenshot of chat for your reference.

My concern & complaints are:

(1) The delivery can get delayed by 15-20 minutes and not for 2 hrs or more. If it was delayed by more than 2 hrs and this was there in the knowledge of your customer support team, why was the meal not replaced and why I was continuously told that delivery will happen soon,
(2) If the delivery is delayed beyond 30-35 minutes, it means the delivery guy is not interested in delivery and the order should be replaced..One should also be compensated for an issue like this.

In the 1st call that i was having with your support team, the call was disconnected midway without any proper resolution

Rather than talking about meal replacement & compensation, your support team keeps saying that the order will be delivered which finally got canceled after 2 and half hrs.

I have 2 kids at home and I could not get a proper meal for them today and this is very serious and shameful.

    Hey ! My order number is[protected]. The net bill is above Rs 2000. I have one main item i.e Mutton do pizza missing. I have not been able to contact customer service through app.none is replying since last 30 or so mins. My dinner is ruined.

    This is terrible.totally unacceptable
    Everyone was waiting at the table for food
    How can I trust Swiggy now or its restaurant??? I want immediate action and a refund. This harassment

      I ordered grocery from swiggy instamart on 25 December 2021 with order I'd[protected] worth rs 2219. The amount was prepaid online. They did not deliver me the order instead wrongly shown it delivered. They are not even calling me when I sent them mail. And are not helping me to get either refund or deliver me the order. Iam really tensed as the amount was big. Please help me get the refund or my order.

        I had ordered pizzas from domino's and have done the payment via UPI but after the payment was done order wasn't placed and is showing to pay

          Didn't recieve more than half of the order. Tried to resolve the issue with the customer service executive but both the times the call was disconnected. And the complaint was closed without resolving. Order of Rs. 1369.50 was not delivered.

            Hi, I am Swiggy delivery partner, on 26 Dec 2021, I login 1 hour early of my shift time on Sunday. I get order assigned and I reached at restaurant. When I reached at restaurant my bike chain break and also food is ready. So I raise the queries to customer care. What he done bike issue and my ID has been off duty. And I ask him he has doing off duty so I will be to login again or not because my shift time begins 7pm so he told me that u will be login before 7 pm because half & hour your I'd will be off duty. After that when I try to login at 6:55 pm I am unable to login so I filled the G form and customer care has call me and I told him all this and I request him active my iD so I will login at my shift time. So he told me this is not my problem. I told him I am unable to login I will loose my MG, Weekly & Monthly Incentive of Rs. 5, 000/ it is big amount. So he cut my phone. I lost Rs. 5, 000/

              Hi Team,

              I am facing Swiggy delivery issues continually. I am generally ordering my food at 8:30 PM and in the app .. approximate time showing for delivery is 40 mins but they are always taking around 2 hours for delivery. At 10:30 PM having dinner is impacting me so much in terms of next day planning and also causing health issues.

                  My name is rashi bhatnagar, i am currently in dehradun uttarakhand and i am highly disturbed with swiggy. Their customer service execs anytime said that they are from pan india and that they cannot help. They dont resolute for customers. Are only business centric.. Anything to their delivery exec or restraunts. 8 times out of 10 there are issues...they dont send good quality food or as written on the app and ask the customer to unwillingly adjust yo it. They just give off coupons and thats like no customer sense. Obviously i wont eat money in place of food. I. Think they are fooling consumers in smaller cities like dehradun. And i. Am sure their exec moin ul haq used PAN INDIA to scare me so that i dont complaint again and think of adjusting rather. Its a pathetic experience to order from swiggy and i think the govt should look into this or atleast there should be somewhere where the consumer can go of it has issues with a particular company.

                  It has happened alot of times that i dont get my proper order or the delivery exec is rude. There were times i was harassed too. Several times eveen i havee come to tears and they still dont improve their service. Pathetic. Infact their
                  Customer care excecs just robotically say things and dont exactly comprehend thhe customer. Its highly aggravating. Once my bp shot up i even got sick. I really want someone to do something about this. Wake up. The ceo or something because i dont think they are complying to any business ethics. I am sure with their response that they are fooling cunsumers. They actually dont reallly care if wront item is sent to you. They just offer off half amount and you even have to ask for the entire amount.. Chuck apology. And nobody always wants their money back.. Why. Would i order anything if i want my money back. Itd very stupid and annoying. I really want something to be done about it.

                    I ordered four cakes from Parfait Cakes N Bakes at Balfour Road, Kilpauk, Chennai on Dec 28, 2021. I ordered through Swiggy. Of the four cakes, two were the same kind. I received only three cakes, one of each. When I pointed out this to the delivery guy he told me he was given only three and I should take it up with Swiggy. I immediately filed a complaint with Swiggy. However, I got response for two days. When I contacted them again, the chat bot informed me that they could not verify my claim and that they cannot process a refund and that the matter is closed. But the order update invoice clearly states delivered three items. Since I paid for four cakes but received only three, I believe I am entitled to a refund on one cake.

                      The above mentioned delivery guy by mistake delivered someone else's order at my place, after repeatedly informed by my parents . He dropped food outside my house and left . My dad spoke to him over the phone from the receipt he got his number, that as we are vegetarians and this is non veg food, he was 100% sure that none of the family members have ordered it. He got aggressive over the phone and hung up . After 30 min he called back requesting for the parcel . To which my dad taunted him that he finally got his brains working . He abused and told my dad keep the parcel, he will pay for it . My dad then texted him the parcel is with building Watchmen as the poor fellow who ordered would be waiting for it . I wanna file a police complain against your delivery guy is necessary action is not taken against him .

                        I am Swiggy one customer to get unlimited delivery FOC, but unfortunately i ordered and was charged for the delivery from on of the restaurants registered under swiggy ... the issue is when i had a chat with swiggy person, he categorically mentioned that the restaurant i choose is not eligible for a free delivery above that if te order is above 149/ 199 then too the delivery is suppossedly to be free and my order was 234 before discount
                        my questions are very simple ... 1) the delivery happens from swiggy personal and not from the restaurant 2) the rates are anyways higher then the menu prices 3) if the restaurant is not eligible then they should mention it separately and shold not be in the swiggy list of restaurants 4) I feel i amm cheated as i have paid for the membership and paying for the delivery also

                          I had pay two times in Swiggy for the same order since the first time it had failed to place the order but the money was still deducted the amount was Rs 190 i had contacted their support team and they said amount will be refunded in 2 hours but nothing came so i contacted again but they said the same thing still no refund has been given

                            This order was never delivered to me. It is very bad that the delivery executive marked it as delivered. When I tried calling him he answered the call but kept on saying he will come to deliver it and later stopped answering the call.

                            I tried raising this complaint through the app but they asked me to send an email. I did not get time to send an email in my busy schedule. Finally sending it today.

                            I need a refund of my money.

                            It placed the order at 7:54pm and the order was marked as delivered by 8:08pm. It clearly says it was not delivered.

                            Please help me with the refund. If possible please throw that executive out of the company. People like him will spoil the company's reputation.

                            posting this here as I did not get any help when I reach out to swiggy support. Support people dont even read our comments properly. they just copy-paste a response that does not make any sense.
                            They say it should be reported within 5 hours. I did report within 5 hours but did that through the app. According to support rep this should be done by sending an email and this does not make any sense to me at all.

                            I need help to get my money back. Please help

                              I have ordered food from swiggy and the eta is 44 mins and it's ok for it and later when I called the delivery person he will do namaz and later he will deliver I told him in my home diabetic patients are there and we all are hungry requested him to do quickly and he disconnected the call and told me do whatever u want and latter i chatted with customer care of swiggy they are very smart as i told him it's taking time cancel the order I will get something nearby he softly send messages thanks for contacting swiggy we will look in to this and order got delivered after 1.30 hr even afteri said no as i got something from nearby due to diabetic condition of my parents and at end of chat they replied enjoy the food and I raised in facebook they said we look in to this that's it . worst customer service from swiggy

                                I had placed an order 2 days back and i had made onkine payment too.
                                I had put correct location and since i have been a regular user of swiggy, my location has never been a problem to delivery executives.
                                My phone has no incoming or outgoing call facility.
                                I wiated for almost the whole night for my delivery executive on the road.
                                He never arrived and in the morning i am getting notified that my order has been delivered.
                                And now when i try to make a complaint with the customer care service, all they are telling me is they cannot validate my complaint. How can you not validate my complaint?
                                This is ridiculous.
                                I have paid for something and i never got it.
                                And when i try to call the swiggy number it says there is no active order.

                                  I had ordered for 2 family pack ice cream,
                                  This delivery staff comes inside the locality and calls saying please come down i wont be able to deliver your order up i said whu he said security guy is not allowing i called up security guy he said i never stopped him to go he is lying the proof of call i have attached in screenshot

                                  Later i call him again saying why he has not come to deliver yet he says i wont come up i[censored] need ur order come down very rudely he spoke again i have attached the screenshot for same he said cancel the order i[censored] cant come down ..

                                  Than he waits down in my society for 1 hour and gets his customer care involved in this with a super plan to put the blame on me that i was not reachable for 1 hour so the order got cancelled where as i have attached all screenshots of my calls with delivery agent and customer call executives they wanted to charge me for this Cod order so they planned all this drama instead of asking the executive to go up and deliver the order they were cooking stories

                                  The delivery staff was waiting for 1 hour but did not come up to deliver purposely so they can make stories

                                  Attaching all proofs of calls done between me and delivery staff and support executive

                                  Which rules out the story cooked by them sayinv i was not reachable for 1 hour so the order was cancelled

                                    I order food and didn't get the real invoice, instead the bill summary(which clearly mention that its not an actual invoice).

                                    I cannot use this bill summary for food bill reimbursement in company i work for.

                                    I have been asking for real invoice since a week and they are always sending me the bill summary not the actual invoice.

                                    I dont care if you added extra money in bill or anything, i just need the real invoice for reimbursement and i dont understand why it is too hard for swiggy to simply send the real invoice.
