I ordered food from Swiggy with Singh Tadka Cafe, Noida, on Feb 2, 2022. (order no:[protected]It was delivered one hour later(as usual late deliveries from Swiggy) . However the worst that could happen was, while eating I noticed something weird in my mouth and took it out, it was a ' Blood Stained Band Aid'. You can imagine how disgusting it was, I literally vomitted after that.I called up Swiggy customer care and they just didn't help appropriately or let me talk to a senior. All he could say was ' Refund ho jayega'. It is not a matter of money, it's of health and hygiene. If I get some disease tomorrow due to consuming this, who will take the responsibility. I strongly urge to take strict action against Swiggy and concerned restaurant.

    I had ordered cake for friends anniversary party. But the cake was manhandled and delivered in bad condition. It was smashed and crumpled from one side. The message on the cake was also distorted. The condition of the cake was unpresentable and unpleasant

            Ordered an item in Swiggy and went without food. Ordered at Bengaluru Dindugal thalapakatti and did not get food and went without food because of the following mistakes. No solution or compensation provided
            1. The app showed and item which was unavailable
            2. The restaurant accepted the order even when item was unavailable
            3. After 1 hour waiting time resturant told item unavailable. Does it really take an hour or a minute?
            4. The restaurant contacted via swiggy delivery and refused to talk with us
            5. After long the swiggy executive cancelled the order without a resolution.
            6. Refund after 4 days.

                  I ordered a ultimate savings bucket on 23/02/2022 which included a pepsi and I had paid additional 94 for a medium fries. I did not recieve the medium fries and I also did not recieve the pepsi and i recieved very few crispy and hot . I have gone through a lot of hassle by chatting with them and later I was asked to write and email and later the only response I got was we will pass the feedback and make sure this don't happen in future. I want my money back for the missing item and now that I have through all these hassle I need swiggy to compensate for it.

                    Cancelled an order on 27th Jan 2022 and henceforth I was unable to avail the option of COD.. This is completely subversive... I have my money to pay for the choice of my food yet due to this unethical protocol.. It's really affecting many people.. Please resolve this matter quickly.

                          Cancelled my order once and cod as a payment option was made unavailable for me. When i sent them a mail asking them the reason for disabling the option they told me that the option can only be unlocked after 5 to 6 successful online transaction. This is completely arbitrary and violates section 2 nnn (B) of consumer protection act, 1986.

                                I placed an order (#[protected] from WarmOven Cake & Desserts on 26th Jan at 6:30 PM which was supposed to be delivered in 60-65mins.
                                The delivery guy was not able to find the address and called us for help. We instructed him with several landmarks, but he couldn't find any.
                                So, we reached those landmarks to help him find us. Meanwhile, we also reached out to customer care to coordinate our communication with the delivery guy as we were not able to reach out to him a couple of times.
                                The customer care team also merged our calls where we gave him some landmarks so that he could reach us.
                                By this time, it was already past 9:30 PM. (3 hours from the order time). The delivery guy then denies his service and cancels the order.
                                The customer care went ahead and cancelled the order and I was shocked to see that this team put the whole blame on the customer and charged us the entire amount as cancellation fee. They mentioned, delivery guy tried to reach out to us but we were not reachable.

                                It was completely the delivery guys fault, yet I am charged with the amount.

                                On raising multiple complaints and having series of conversations with their team for hours together, they kept saying it's my fault and initiated refund for half amount.
                                I need full refund as I did not get the item nor service.
