Syska Gadget Secure — Lost i phone 7 | |||||
I have purchased i phone 7, 1 month ago and taken insurance policy worth 2999 of syska and i lost it on 9th November 2016 and made complaint on 10th november, somebody snached my phone and they are telling me that it is not in their policy, how come it is possible ? i have purchased it for 60000 and its not a small amount !! kindly take some serious action ! please Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have placed order of SAMSUNG 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV from Flipkart. I ordered the product on 30th October 2016. It has been delivered on 5th of November, Sunday.
They gave the assurance that installation process will be done with in 48 hours but it has not been done & i haven't received any call from them also they did not even gave any kind o[censored]pdate regarding it.
After that i called to customer care, then the customer care person said that it will be done on 8th of November 2016, and also sent me updated email regarding it. But again it has not been done. They did not called also did not informed me that they are not coming to install.
Again i called, again the same answer that sorry for inconvenience but ma'am it will be done on 10th of November. Again i waited but 10th November they did not came to install nor i got any update. Every time they telling me wait till 7.30 pm and after that i am getting answer that it will be done by tomorrow. And now new date for installation is 11th November 2016, that is also gone.
This same happens on 11th November - they dint came come 11th also.
Now there is no update from Flipkart when they are going to come to install.
i am suffering from problem.
I am calling them since last 5 days and getting the same answer that sorry it will be done tomorrow. Till now i haven't received any call & they are telling me to wait 15th November & for this also they have not informed.
The customer care person is also not talking well.
Its a request to every one do not take product from Flipkart as the service they are giving is to customer is 3rd class infact worst then that.
Please try to solve my problem.
