On 7th sep 2017 i paid excess amount. They promised it is under process but not refunded. Two months thats 60 days passed they are not refunding. I paid rs20765.85 but my actual premium rs9865. I paid throgh paytm from my american express credit card. Its nothing but cheating to me and bad service to a policy holder c[protected]. I have talked with tata aia customer care executives 20 days.
