Fraud and False commitment and a big cheater company I have been cheated by TATA AIG MEDIPRIME Health Insurance, Please read full details of my below mail, Its been 6 Month I Lost my money ... Mycomplaint was also registered with you on 16th Feb. 2016. They people are only pretending to sort out this issue. So please arrange to resolve it ASAP... And i have received a SMS as a confirmation on dated 17th dec. 2015 as a renewal for my policy for next 1 year. And the documents were supposed to be couriered through Bluedart courier company Awb No. - [protected], with a confirmation of reaching to the address within next 7 days. But i have never been received even i called on customore care no. dated 31st dec. 2015 to register my complaint. since then i have been talking to many of the them. I had also been told by your executives that documents would be couriered by speed post rather than Bluedart courier's but again did not happen anything. And i had also been badly treated By your people. In the mean time i was keep calling and taking the updates from your team and at last, it was transferred to Subhra and after talking to her i received the same confirmation again on 18th Jan. 2016 that documents had been couriered through Bluedart AWB No. [protected] while someone had already committed me to courier it via speed post. At the result i have received none of policy documents yet. So finally as a conclusion i have following points to be considered by someone who is responsible and reliable in your company : 1. Medical Policy is a sensitive policy if you work in such manner so slowly, Why i shouldn't consider it useless?? 2. Does your system really work?? If yes, then you should prove it. 3. Who will bare a penalty for such irresponsible causes. 4. Because i lose/lost a lot of time and energy in conversation with many people of your company with no result. So i Need a penalty for this. SO please let us know your penalty clause for this otherwise we will be looking for it ourselves. 5. So, Policy is for cash less medical care or to be sick by making no of calls to your CC Exe. 6.Why your people keep fooling me to deliver the documents since 18th dec. 2015 to 21st Jan. 2016. 7. Does your seven days ever ends?? 8. I want redemption for loosing my money and time for talking to people. 9.Are you playing with people like me and their sentiments while being into the market with full propaganda. 10. So please consider this mail immediately rather than playing with your escalation matrix because it's already been delayed 34 days. so it has to go my head to your head. Awaiting for your response.. Who will pay this and whos mistake was this, gave me wrong name to meet. 7. You seems to be a fake company, making fake commitments / advertising and also hiding officials contact.
