Tata Communications — amount could not received through atm but amount is debited.

Dated 13/09/2017 time 19:20 but i could not received amount rs.

9000/- (Nine thousand only) and which was debited my account.

Transaction id is 6069...5261/[protected]/[protected] on

Dated 13/09/2017. I inform to atm customer care & branch also but i could not get any response. It is very serious matter.

Kindly solve the same and credited my

Account of rs. 9000/-. Which was not received by me in atm.

I have some urgency with money, hope you people can understand common mans problem.

On date: 02.10.2017 between 8 pm to 9 pm, I operated your Tata Indicash ATM located at Madh Island, Mumbai- 61, to withdraw cash amount of Rs. 5000/=. The cash amount of Rs. 5000/= was not received by me but it got debited to my account.
