Tata SBI Card — Non booking of railway tickets online in spite of debit in card account | |||||
I am holding a TATASBI CARD since 2007 ([protected]) I am frustrated with services of this card. Yesterday (on 16.12.2016) I booked railway ticket and Rs 1410.00 was debited to my card .IRCTC did not booked the tickets for want of payments from SBI CARD .When contacted on 16.12.2016 and 17.12.2016 the SBI helpline told that refund will be made in 21 days .What is benefit of payments by SBI CARD .My money is blocked this means that TATASBI CARD is not proper in doing transaction and one should shift to other card .What is my fault and SBICRAD people is not responding .Suppose I have limited amount at one's disposal and that too is blocked by CARD Provider what one will do .Govt is emphasizing for more and more cash less transaction but Card Provider is doing these non sense thing .It can be a mistake of SBI or IRCTC but I am the sufferer. Details of transaction "on 16.12.2016 I booked 3 railway tickets Transaction ID no [protected] for Train no 12265 DEE to Jammu date of journey 03.02.2017. I made the payment through SBI Card [protected] and they debited Rs 1410.00.But the tickets has not been booked .Only Transaction ID is appearing and status is payment requested .
