[Resolved] Tata Sky — dth connection fraud | |||
Dear sir/madam, Greetings of the day!!! There is a complaint against "tata sky", the person ms. Navya ([protected]) came to advertise the stat sky dth service she will very polite way explain and ask us to pay the new connection to exchange of airtel dth to tatasky the and she offered good discounted tariff, she promised us that if we can recharge 12 month so she will give us offer of 3 months extra by company and from them self she will give more one month from her pocket, we are very much satisfy to take the offer which she has given us, the same time she explained how to pay by paytm app, as we are very much satisfy we are ready to pay on the same day, she said the offer will valid for one day only which we have ready to take the offer as earliest and we paid by paytm, after payment done she said, we will received a massage with in 24 hours and it will start by end of the day. We have wait for 10 days but there is no response,. When we have not received any massage or any call from her we are start calling her on her number ([protected]) but she has not respond our call there are several of call and massages sent but no response, after a week luckily we found her in our area market we are ask her why she has done like that fraud work, she showing like she don't know anything after reminder by us she said i dont know anything you please speak with my team executive mr. John ([protected]), before called by us she only inform mr. Joh that we have harass the girl in the market, when we called to mr. John before asking our details he start shouting on us that why you people ask my execute in the market regarding the dth, we have explained him that we are taken video footage (Because may be she will again skip of everything) in front of our family and it in the market, but he has not able to understand our problem and simply he said very rudely that why you have taken a footage of my marketing executive. We have explained him about everything again he said that don;t call to disturb us, which you have paid a peanut amount not a big amount, we are only inform you shortly but still we are waiting for connection. We are shared the document and payment details on his whatsapp, and even massaging every day about the connection but there is no response.
