[Resolved] Tata Sky — installation and recharge | |
Register mobile number : [protected] TATA SKY ID : [protected] New Connection March 2018. I was looking for new connection for DTH and my friend suggested for TATA SKY. I ordered for a new connection in the month of March 2018. The engineer came for installation. On the first day he used my Old Videocon products for installation like the DISC, CABLE, CONNECTOR and so on. I registered a complaint by calling Customer Care stating that the Engineer did not use TATA SKY products for the installation which comes free with installation (kit) . Additionally the Engineer was using my Mobile and Mobile Charger . I also requested Customer Care not to send the same engineer. Unfortunately, next day the same engineer came and he changed only few parts of the installation product. And at the same time he took away my screwdriver. I again called Customer Care and informed about the behavior of the Engineer. But still waiting for a solution. Secondly, the concern is about the recharge amount. As the recharge package was free for a month, I called CUSTOMER CARE before recharging for the month of May 2018. I was informed by the executive that the minimum recharge amount would be Rs.199/- as I require only the Bengali Package . Accordingly I recharged for Rs.199/- on 1st May 2018. On 13th May 2018 I called Customer Care as the connection was deactivated. Now they are saying that additional packages were added in the month of March 2018. In the month of March I had taken the installation and the package was free for a month. Before recharging in the month of May 18 I had confirmed the amount of recharge from Customer Care. If all calls are recorded, kindly listen to the calls. This is the pathetic service I am getting from the first day of installation. I had requested the CC to add a amount of 106/- for the rest of the days to complete the month and activate the account. The Executive informed that there will be call back done by a Manager immediately but no call backs arranged. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir i don't have any information about last recharge but i will change my account register name and mobile number .register name on tatasky dish is tribhuvan singh and also his register mobile number have been save so i much requst on tatasky constmer id but no result found
