[Resolved] Tata Sky — issue regarding new connection (migrate from reliance digital tv) | |||
Tata Sky Subscriber ID- [protected] on the name of PN Das. RMN- +91 [protected] My connection was migrated from Reliance Digital to Tata Sky on 01 Nov 17. I was using Reliance Digital TV and because its services are expiring this Nov, my connection got migrated to Tata Sky for which I am really Glad. Few days back I got a call from Tata Sky and I was briefly explained about its packages and all other T&C. Also I gave my request for Tata Sky new connection. But when the technician arrived at my home, he was carrying only the Set-top box. I didn't find any Dish antenna of Tata Sky and the cable wire with him. He replaced only the Set-top box with the new Tata Sky and took away the old Reliance one. The rest all remained the same as it was. Whereas when I got the call from Tata Sky before taking this connection I was clearly told that my old Reliance connection shall be replaced by a new Tata Sky connection including the set-up box, the Dish antenna and 10 mts wire will be completely free of cost. After 10 mts it would be Rs.12/mtr. So, what about the Dish antenna and the Cable wire Sir which the company is giving? I am still using that 8 years back Dish antenna as well as the cable wire which has lots cuts on it. The technician gave me the no. of the Store-Incharge and he said because the Dish antenna and the cable wire were not in stock, he couldn't provide those for my connection and told me to wait for a week. Also, I had raised my issue to customer care and I was told to wait for 24 hrs. Even I had lodged my complaint to the Nodal Office, Bangalore but all in vein. My issue is still unsolved. Both the Dish antenna and the cable wire hasn't been provided to me yet. And every day I had been making calls to customer care and raising my complaint again and again and been told to wait for 24 hours. Even I had got calls from Tata Sky Nodal office, Bangalore and I was told to wait for 24 hours but then also my issue is still unsolved. No Tata Sky's Dish antenna, no change of cable wire, signal quality showing just 60% and moreover my Reliance Digital TV balance has not been transferred yet to Tata Sky account. Is this the kind of service Tata Sky is giving? Lastly I am really tired and very much irritated of writing and making calls everyday and I really don't have any options left except to change my connection. That is the only thing which I can do finally. Kindly do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
