[Resolved] Tata Sky — requesting for a hd set top box | |||
I am a customer of reliance big TV since January 2012. The settop box that we used from reliance is HD. I am an annual subscriber and enjoying watching channels from big TV till October. Now I was given an option to move to Tata sky by giving a missed call to a toll free number. I too received a call back from Tata sky n installation of a basic model setbox was done on 1 st of November. The technician also didn't ask whether to install a basic model or a HD set top box at the time of installation. I now request you to install a HD settop box at free of cost as I was using a reliance hd set top box. Was this information helpful? | |||
