Despite my emails to tatasky ceo chairman and helpdesk - tatasky resolution team does not care about customers as usual since last 3 years - My tatasky id since 15 years.. [protected] 1. Offer given to me and other customers is partial and not given as per promise in the email below at the bottom from the ceo team - - table of offer given is below but despite this when we try to avail and recharge the offer by the customer is a nightmare process 2. Even though you charge a premium in tatasky there is no respect speed and constitency in your customer service and resolution 3. You discourage the customers and also insult and demean the customer with no after service and proper call centre management for issue resolution 4. Even the management has no time to call the customer back despite my email to the top management and cust care executives with no rights nor decision making powers nor experience are calling me back and frustrating me with this expereince 5. Please remember once the customer remembers a bad service repeatedly he will ensure he shifts to the next best competitor in the market like how cust shifted from airtel to jio And will tell lakhs of others through online and word of mouth to chose the best dth Why do u treat your customers badly despite your advertisement to ask tatasky and get the offers etc Your teams and call centre are absolutely dis-cordinated Is there no senior top manager with authority to call the customer back???
