Dear sir i beg to say that i am( shankar rana) also a member of this land (khata no-46 plot no-18 and khata no-35 plot no-24) without any compensate given to tata company acquire(approx 1 acre land combine) my land if any information given to me please give me a proof. I also complain several time land office ghato tand and gm office but there is no action will be taken at this time. Sir i am a poor person how can i live so release my land.I shall ever great full for this act of kindness.I attached complain letter

I purchased tata tiscon 16 mm, 12mm, 10mm, 8mm bar for house construction from authorized dealer. Ireceived all Iron bar but 16 mm and 8mm bar is fully rusted and old. Please do need full.

I bought tata steel reinforcement for bars of 16 mm, 12 mm and 6 mm dia for construction of my house at Nanded from Dammam Steel, dealer of Tata steel, in 2011 and 2012. I used the costliest steel in construction of my home Ground plus one story. Now in April 2022, when I opened the steel in parapet wall for further construction of 2nd floor, I was surprised to see the worst state of the steel which is totally rusted and 12 mm bar have reduced merely to 6-8 mm unevenly in different sections of length. The 6 mm dia bars used in column stirrups has merely become a thin wire after rusting. Being a civil engineer, I know importance of steel as a tensile stress taking material in construction. I preferred tata steel for more tensile strength, uniform diameter throughout the length, more durability and rust proof steel. All my friends who have been suggesting ne not to waste money on costliest Tata steel are laughing at me being proven wrong. Please arrange site visit of structural Engineer and resolve the issue to restore my faith in Tata Products.

Recently Ms Swaleha Haque, Service Asst .Tata Steel Limited, Ferro Alloys Plant, Bamnipal Keonjhar–758082, Odisha, was unable to send us an inquires of our product as she inform us that our Vendor code is block due to mismatch of GST no and PAN card no. So we have request for amendment in Master Data Change Management System with Request No VRCC000525. On dated 28 sep 2021, Mr Yusuf having email id md.[protected]@tatasteel.com was following my request, He has commit 2-3 times on my pending document and I have fulfilled all required document and later we have discussed that my pan card number register on your e procure website is incorrect, and also my firm register as proprietor ship but in actual it is partnership firm so He has inform us to contact his senior manager Mr Mr Prashant Kumar about it. As i have discuss all my issue to Mr Prashant Kumar regarding block of my vendor code due to mismatch of GST No and Pancard No, as pan card register on your eproce is one of partner, not pan card of partnership firm and also About wrong registration of proprietorship firm which should be partnership firm. As he inform us to contact Mr Ravi Tamada as issue is regard Mumbai office.

Recently we have supply product having PO No [protected] having ECCI NO [protected] at Pithampur. The material was delivery through New Capital Cargo Carriers (Door Delivery ) on Dated[protected]. And we have not received payment yet now. Kindly do needfull

I am Sk Sahabuddin from Murshidabad, West Bengal(Vill. - Sargachhi, P.O. - Sargachhi Ashram, Pin - 742408). I ordered 6 Internal Doors which was deliverd on 03/09/2020. But when the installer team came one year ago they found that the two internal doors were in damaged condition. One door's frame damage and other door's shutter damage.In this situation the installer team didn't install the two damaged doors. They told me that the doors will be replaced soon. But till now the doors were not replaced. I am getting surprised to think what kind of service Tata providing us. How much time will take to resolve this issue? Last one year when I contact to customer care I am just listening "Your case will be resolve soon." Again and again providing New Complaint ID and VOC...Will the doors be replaced??????????

Here I would like to bring your attention that How its possible being such a reputable company M/s Tata Steel Ltd, their employee or third party (Metaljunction) employee are selling Other Customer Purchase details to Other Company or Trader specially M/s A K Enterprise.

Our Establishment is very small and we are small trader purchasing material from your Esteemed Organisation. However Its a very shamefull act by Company employees inside who inform other customer details about their purchase. All these information or favour is allowed in your company against some undertable payment. As far i know the customer is taking advantage of his high contacts in Bhushan steel which is now M/s Tata Steel Limited.

He is getting freely visitor Passes in angul and khopoli plant which he used to go inside for loading of material in his precense as per his choice. this is harmful for us as we will get only leftover material.

We believe Company or its Employee will take this notice and will not disclose other customer information to third party and not allow pick and choose material by thier staff to any one Purchaser in thw influence of any higher authorities.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are Government contractors and we are building Income Tax Department residential building at Bhubhneshwar.

As part of the tender condition, we can only use primary steel for the construction work and Tata has always been our top choice for their transparency and fairness in trading & providing the steel at site without any error or, issue.

Our bulk order is routed through Sagar Business Pvt Ltd, who are one of the reputed dealers of Tata steel in Bhubhneshwar area and all our orders come from their trusted transporters.

As best industrial practice, receiver need to get the cart weighted at a trusted weighbridge before & after delivery to arrive at a net receiving. The nearest weighbridge from our site is apx 12 km, so we trusted on the dealer’s transporter to provide us the qty at site but turns out that we are now short of almost 55MT of steel at site.

When inquired we found that the drivers were taking out 2-3 bundles from cart after the first weight and they were producing the original company dispatch sheet for the receiving. Due to the work load at site, this foul practice was gone unnoticed. We counted the bundle unloaded by a cart when we found out & confirmed that the bundles were missing from the fresh unloading done at site, but the truck driver had gone same night and took receiving from our office for 100% delivery.

We contra tally the material at site vs material we have used and have government department approval on consumed steel & currently we are in short of 55MT of steel, which was illegally unloaded by truck drivers during the supply at site and this was done in frame of one month and was done in minimum 5 orders.

Our only mistake is that we trusted the company & their dealer’s network to supply us the material in correct quality. Is it so bad to trust a company like Tata steel to deliver us the material as per our PO? Feels really cheated as right now the short is almost amounting to plus 40 lacs.

Appreciate If you could please guide us to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you require any other papers from our side on this matter.

I had booked the door on 7th September and handed 50% of the total amount to the executive. He had given me the standard 45 to 60 days deadline for delivery. It has been over 60 days and I haven't yet received the door. Also, on inquiry I got to know that the executive had made the booking on 11 th September even though he had taken the token amount on 7th (that too 50% rather than 30% which is the actual advance charged). I tried calling the toll free number and each of the representative either hung up or went on giving vauge answers about delivery. Plus, they kept insisting that I clear the remaining balance before they even deliver. I am so dissatisfied and straight up disappointed by this. I had booked the door thinking that Tata is a good brand but to be honest I don't think the same anymore. I am so sad and angry. I have registered multiple complaints on whatsapp too but nothing ever came of it.

At the time of purchase order the sales executive ensure the delivery within 60days but that is not a guaranteed
I have not got my purchase orders no and doesn't know the status of product. I don't know what they are doing with the advance money of we people? I am waiting for 10days more then will take a legal action against the dealer and company...
