Tata Tele Services — New tata docomo new post paid sim connection | |||||
I have visited a tata docomo showroom in Ramamurthy nagar(Bangalore) almost 1.5 month back to port My airtel delhi circle number to Tata Docomo Bangalore circle (Post paid connection). They charged Rs.150 for the sim and I filled up & given all the necessary documents required including unique porting ID (AD139276).After this I have gone to the showroom atleast 5 times to know the status.Atlast they told me that airtel has rejected the request (But I doubt that is the case) With no option left, instead of porting I applied for new Post paid Connection & they gave me new SIM and Mob number ([protected]) and charged Rs.350 for this.Also they told me that It will be activated by next day evening and it is almost 2 weeks passed.Still my new connection is not activated. I lost almost rs.500 for nothing and have wasted my time by visiting the showroom nearly 10 times & I would like to add that I haven't experienced this kind of worst customer service in life.
