Tata Teleservices — charged monthly rental in zero rental plan post paid sim without any intimation

My mobile number was in zero rental plan. But since last two month, it is showing that 99 rupees monthly rental in my plan. And bill was generated according to the same with rs 225 approx for last two month. I was not informed via email or call or sms for the same and charged 118 rupees monthly forcefully. When i called customer care they said that your old plan(zero rental plan) was discontinued by tata docomo and 99 rupees monthly plan was activated on my sim.
Is this how any company forcefully activate any plan in your account?
Someday after they will activate 1000 rupees plan in your account. Clear case of fraud in telecom sector. If your company is not making any profit and being outdated in front of jio, vodafone, airtel service provider, then this is how you want to earn profit?

Updated by kniyl33 Consumer complaint not forwarded complaint to tata services. Where to go now? No proper escalation system exists in india. Even for consumer court complaint, you have to spoil your whole day which no one would like to do.
So now I haven't any expectation from consumer complaint.
