Hi I order a mobile vivo v9 64 gb (Pearl black) 4 gb ram, dual sim 4g in 3 june 2018. And i received a packet 7 june 2018. When i open it, it was worng product Samsung guru 1200. Next day i complaind to return and refund but 18 june 2018 Not give any response. Plz help what can i do to refund and return my money.
