[Resolved] Telenor — Could not give the benifit. | |||||
Dear sir my mobile no. is [protected]. this is telenor no. i have done recharge 6th may in this number rs. 518. in this recharge scheam rs 518-628 talk time. and i have done my recharge from mobiquik.recharge is sucessful but i got 446 rupsse talk time. and i could not get this benifit. then i had call telenor coustmer care and register the compliment for this matter. then they gave me the complent id[protected] and told me that we will solve your problam 12 may. but they could not solve the problam and told me that u did not do this recharge from telenor web. and u applied the ofline mode so u cant this benifit. Jun 17, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 21, 2015 kausar khan 's response I got a new sim and i have installed all the gprs settings in ģmy phone and i have the balance and also 200 mb in my account mt still my internet not working i called do many times in costumer care but no issue resolved from there side..
