Tgs company found cheated lot of people without giving money back nor by allocating site/apartment. Now they said case with cid. On 24th sept 2017 we heard that directors absconding who got bail. What is to be done to get our hard earned money?

Dear sir,
I have paid nearly 8 lakh rupees to tgs construction towards purchase of a apartment (For pre - launch project). Tgs company found cheated lot people without giving money back nor apartment. I lodged complaint in madiwala police stantion bangalore, now they said case with cid. Case in cid. Now 24th we heard that directors absconding who got bail. What is to be done

History of case:
We around 2000 people all are victims of a company called tgs constructions pvt. Ltd. (Address - amar arcade,, 373, 5th main rd, sector 6, hsr layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560102). We all have booked various flats or plots in different projects of tgs. However because of their false commitments we all have cancelled our bookings. Many o[censored]s have waited for nearly 2 years for the project progress but nothing has been done on the prescribed land. After cancellation of our booking, we have received post dated cheques. Those cheques also got bounced and now still we are running behind them and begging for our own money. Many o[censored]s went to local police stations (Madiwala) but did not get proper support to get our hard earned money.

I have paid Rs. 293000 to tgs as advance in september 2016 and booked the apartment at hoodie Bangalore and in January 2017 I canceled the booking. As of now, I have not received money back and no response from too. I had enquired regarding the case. The case is pending in the court. They are not receiving legal notices also. Please let me know how to get back my money from this fraud company

I have booked 2bhk in maldives project in the month jan 2016 with booking no. 5427. And paid 8 lakh. Agreement between the company and me is completed and waiting for the information about the further development about the project. Neither company correspond the latest development nor send any mails reg the future course of action necessary by the customer for taking over the possession. Kindly appraise the company otherwise i may have to lodge the complaint in the court.

For tgs-sweden project near by channasandra, bangalore. The amount have been collected from miss pooja gowda, devika vinay-executive of tgs company. I have visited several times to their office. But they keep on promising giving flat so and so date, but till toady they have not started their project not refund our money.

Amount paid for TGS Manchester is rs. 4.05 lakhs
amount paid for TGS kaballamma is 4 lakhs.
amount paid to Tgs Los angeles is 7.10 lakhs

My father cancelled booking of Tgs kabbalamma and builders paid rs. 2 lakhs by cheque which is bounced due to insufficient funds.

builders do not respond for refund of money. So complaining here for refund of money.

Me and my friend both booked 2 flats in Indiranagar(Switzerland) property paying advance amount in lakhs and struck without even single penny in return. The property they quoted for 35L which was very much impressive, so we invested. Because of me, my friend also invested and both are in loss today. I am in a very bad situation to answer my friend about this. Roamed more than twenty times to there office before it got closed, none helped us. All 2 cheques issued by them have bounced. Sir, we were approached by the tgs sales executive mr shiva on april 25th who took us in a cab to tgs office in kengeri. By may 1st 2016, we had paid rs one lakh by cheque for a 2 bhk and in june 2016, we paid another one lakh for a 2nd 2bhk, agreed to be given to us as a duplex.in july 2016 this shiva mounted the pressure on us and managed to take rs 5.5 lakh by[protected]. We were supposed to have been given the possession of the 2 flats, by july 2017. So far nothing to hear from them. We went to their offices 3-4 times, surrendered the certificates of receipts, under acknowledgements in october 2016. They assured to refund our rs 7.5 lakh.in 60 days; however, since jan 2017, trying umpteen times to contact them ; no response at all. Our hard earned savings got struck with them & we are suffering. Kindly help us.

I have booked a plot in tgs jayalakshmi in aug 2016.
Still no processing in site and i went to the office that alos closed. I have invest my hard earned money in fraud company. I have seen more persons cheated by this scam project. I given the complaints to the madiwala police station and commissioner office also. I want to know te persons who cheated by tgsplz give your details by any media facebook or whatsapp.

I had booked a flat in TGS Portland - K R Puram on September 25, 2016 by paying 2, 92, 000.00 by taking loan. They told construction will start by November and we waited unto January 2017 the construction did not start. So, on January 25th we cancelled the flat and they told within 90 working days they will deposit our money to our account but still now no call no show. Please let me know how to get back my money from them.

I have invested 9.60 lacs for a project called tgs - venice (Apartment) in december 2015. The project was supposed to be completed in 18 months. Since there was no progress, i cancelled & requested a refund in october 2016. Since then there was no answer from tgs employees.. Many in the list.. No one responded they were very prompt in coming to my house & collecting my checques when i initially booked for th flat.

Now since their offices are closed & sachin, mandeep are arressted. Moreover since cid has taken up the case, i have submitted al the documents to cid & they has asked to get back in 3 months.

I have booked two plots and paid around 5.75 lacs. Now there is no response from TGS. Please suggest how to get my hard earned money. They suppose to deliver this site no later than December 2016. This mail is bring it to your notice and request to resolve the issue. We have booked a flat paying 5, 70, 000 towards booking for their upcoming project Indiranagar, TGS Switzerland. They made huge follow up and taken all our money and they are closed now. We are extremely worried and suffering by taking personal loans. we have been shown the whitefield property and given fake confidence and cheated.

Hi Sir,

I am also a victim on TGS company, I was given cheque for the money but it was bounced and the after a month i was given a letter to say DD or cash will be given after 45 days, but nothing happened, Later another letter was provided signes by Sachin Naik and Mandeep Kaur. after tat no one is answering the calls or msgs nor any one is there in the office.

Please help me sir I have invested 6.5 lakhs all the PF amount which was kept for my wedding i used to pay down payment.
I even had made my cousin Brother Invest 2.25 lakhs, total of 8.75 lakhs is gone not evena penny was refunded back.

Someone please guide me, I have all the papers and cheques and letters from them.

Hi.. My name is Amit and I had booked a 2BHK flat in TGS Cancun for 6, 25, 000 upon several chases I had to finally cancle the booking and was told that refund will be given within 75 daysfromvthe date of cancellation. Now it's been more than 6 months and there is no information about TGS members.There HSR layout and Kengeri offices are also shut. Please as sit if anyone have any information about TGS.

I have booked a flat with TGS Singapore in 2014 and was informed that the construction will start and handed over by 2017. Till Jan 2017 there was not even a single stone laid at the site hence I cancelled by contract however i have not received any refund and their HSR office is also closed.

I have paid 7 lakhs and now i really don't know what to do and who to contact.
