11/04/2017 - i purchased on 9/04/2017 a dress and after two days (11/04/2017) wanted to return and replace with some other material. but regarding that i approached the supervisor of the II floor and enquired regarding that. but he was so rude and also the ladies co-workers were not responding in a smooth manner. they are very harsh towards me. he was not polite in answering. if the returning of is not possible he could have been polite in conveying that instead he did not allow to approach the manager of that branch.

Hi all please do not invest in the chit scheme they think customer are fools at the time of joining one think will be told and at the time of purchasing just opposite will be told. They say we can buy and pay any where but when we went to purchase they told that you can purchase only where you have invested. Please be careful.

    I have purchased saree (designer) from Chennai silks, Velachery for Rs2300/- and kept in shelf without using (not even single use). The dark color started sticking to the other light color area. when I contacted them they refuse to replace as the purchase time was exceeded more than 10 days. who will wash the saree or find the color fading in 10 days. only visible defect could be seen within 10 days as per their norms.

    They are selling cheap quality sarees for higher price.

      On December 14th I bought long kalli for RS.2595. I wore for newyear to church. only 2 hours it's gets tored in back.so I went to Chennaisilks Tnagar branch and spoke with Anand and syed sadiq whos response is very bad.Anand is telling to syed. Speak to them and send them back.He is just finding reason to send me back.he is turning somewhere else and answering.he is simply saying this type of dress will tear only we can't do anything for that. Then why ur selling this type of dress putting a blame on me. To avoid me he say u bring tag we will see.I had bill with me.Nobody will save a tag, or wear the dress with tag.then why people saying bring bill for any fault or exchange.very poor service and selling old and bad quality product. I suggest nobody should buy in Chennaisilks since they are selling bad quality product and no proper response, bad customer service.i[censored]r product is bad u should resolve it.I want the money back or exchange for that dress.

        Today i have visited velachery Chennai silks and bought a saree but the blouse they have missed and vave the saree alone. When we returned to get them we bought another 4sarees for 2800 and we gave cash of 4000rs. But the sales person ask for cash or card as i forget to take the card i told i don't have change and i didn't bring my card. They said without change we could not give the items. Then we came to ground floor near the complaint section we informed the person regarding that but as he also gave the same reply and told us to check all the counter and in any counter if we get change then we can buy the goods. Very bad service as it was a big textile showroom and they are asking their customers to go and get change and even for a smaller denomination they don't have change. They didn't provide proper response as we have waited in queue for long time and we didn't not get our products

          We bought 5 sarees with blouses last month. Total amount around rs.3500 in hosur chennai silks. After stitching we found one blouse quality was worse. Its looks like very old cloth. Yesterday we went to chennai silks and shown mr. Karthik who is in the reception. He not even respond our query, simply he told we didn't sale blouses with sarees. And also that saree also we didn't sold and his speech was looks like we are liars.

          We told him we are coming from erode only, we know our tripur chennai silks that the reason we are coming here regularly and bought dress wears and we didn't expect customer care from our native organisation.

          We misplaced our bills, but while purchasing we gave my mobile no. I requested him please check with my mobile no, but he was not ready to hear anything from us.

          I bought a saree..when checked at home it was torn...this is the 3rd time am gettin such torn materials in 2 yrs. Is this the quality of your silks???
          When i told about it they made me choose an alternate one among just 3 or 4 sarees.
          Its insane.Wont buy from u people again.

            I have visited chennai silks coimbatore and they charged rs 100 for parking and said it can be refunded after purchase. My family didn't like the dress so we thought of returning and since they insist on purchase for parking we bought some hand karchiefs for rs105. While billing they said refund for parking can be got in ground floor.in the ground floor they said it can be got from parking area.in the perking area they said refund is already done during purchase, i told them i have paid in cash. They asked to move my car from one lot to other to leave space for others while they check the status. After making several moves from one place to other they still didn't get the response. Finally i told them i wont move the car further until they make the refund. Then they started abusing in foul language while the family is around saying that i am their poorest customer who made purchase for just 105 rupees and asking for parking refund. Their voice and language are very rude which i dont want ther kids to hear to just 100 rupees. So i decided to leave not arguing further.

            I bought silk saree in Chennai silks, vellore.The sales person showed me very limited collection in my budget.he brainwashed me and I purchased 2 sarees.next day again I went to exchange.same disappoint happened. The product is very costly..not worth for the prize...very limited collection.i decided not to visit that branch again

              They refused to include my billing to my loyalty card since I didn't bring the same. Everytime we can't plan and come for shopping. Very worst service. I returned back without any purchase.
              Don't think that only your shop is available in whole town. I was really frustrated by the way they asked me to bring it or put on a new card. One cannot always put plan before going for a shopping. Even they refused to accept when I showed the scanned image in my mobile.

                Now we wash one time. The color is heavy bleeding. Due to good show room we have purchased the shirt from you. If you supply this type of shirt, how we will believe you. Now a days small show room...

                On[protected] I have purchased totally 10, 000 rupees for Sarees & Chudithars.
                After Billing & settlement they said to collect all the deliverables @ ground floor.

                So while collecting all the items at Ground floor the sales person said to me "Apologies Sir, One Saree has been strucked in the cage while they throwed from second floor to ground floor. Sorry for the inconvinience caused".

                I called the Senior person of the sales person to speak about this issue. A senior person came to me named Saravanan, he said Sorry Sir, but no problem while we log off for the day we will take the parcel safely & we will deliver it to your address tomorrow (10.09.2016) @ 11:00 AM sharp.

                He noted my address & contact number for delivering the goods to my home.
                He also gave me a contact number whose name is Satish& contact number is [protected]. Please contact him if you didn't received the goods @ the time.

                So I agreed with the person. The next day (10.09.2016) no person called to my till 11:30. So i contacted the above person & he said "just now I reached office, will check & let you know the status within 15mins".

                Again he didn't called me. So i called again & he responded "It is not strucked the Saree itself missing, so we are discussing here to what to do next. So wait for sometime, I will call back you"

                Again he didn't call me. So I called again & he said “Really sorry Sir, It has been misplaced to some other person’s bill. So we don’t know what Saree you have selected, so come tomorrow & purchase whatever you want” This has been said by Satish.

                Why I got irritated bcoz we have purchased for Sister Marriage & they do damaged the reception saree. I said you have done the mistake why we need to come for your mistake.
                And more over how can I travel so far from Thiruvallur to your shop. For that I asked for traveling charges, he said we can’t provide that & all to you.

                Again evening 04:30 he called me & asked what you are going to do now. But this time he called from a new number [protected], he asked me harshly “What do you want cash back return, if you are ok means come & collect it”

                Is the way you guys respond to customers? And more over he gave a false promise that, “Sir please come & purchase the same dress for your value & purchase a saree of your wish, I will give you 50% discount on the same. So I agreed for this.

                So yesterday (17.07.2016), we went for Chennai Silks – T nagar same shop & purchased a new Saree for the same cost. As agreed I have taken another Saree & we all came down for billing counter. There the senior person of Satish & Saravanan stopped everything & said we can’t give like this & all. If you wish purchase or else go no problem for us.

                Why you are giving false promises to customers? So for your work completition, you guys do all these unnecessary stupid things?
                My question is who will gave my travelling charges for the day? And I came up with my parents on that day we have spended unnecessarily for lunch on that day.

                The mistake has been done by you & those expenses why I need to bare for such Stupid things?

                I have all proofs of your contact numbers, who all are spoke with me wrongly, who all are gave false communications to me?

                If I don’t get my cashback or agreed as 50% discount. I will proceed further to “CONSUMER COURT” with all my proofs.

                  Very poor service in cotton sarees section especially. When asked to show about karishma cotton sarees they made fun and talking useless things to me . Showing other brands n saying they are sister brands. That stupid guy irritated me to the hell.

                  This happened today .
                  Also in gold section, no proper service .we have to wait for 1 hour to see jewels .
                  That too they will make us to wait for such a long time .
                  This is 3rd time i visited the showroom and left without buying any thing.

                  I was looking for a traditional silk saree and this came up and in ad mentioned as pure silk nearl Rs 5995 plus international shipping charges made it Rs 7400 and received art silk saree
                  Not done
                  If they had mentioned it was art silk I was not ready to buy it.
                  Same material but in different shade have bought in amazon for Rs 1000

                    Today I went for shopping with my family to Madurai brach chennai silks. After completing the purchase they gave only normal bag. Since we purchased for a big amount we demanded a travel bag from the manager. For which he replied " we will not give you, you no need to come again for any purchase". These people dont even know how to talk to a customer.. very bad customer service. Poor co ordination. I didnt feel good for the purchase made at all. Surely i am not going to go back again. Very bad

                    Yesterday i purchased two Chudy for my wife, and to stitching the hand i give to alteration, once alteration is over and we reached home and see that one chudy tops may changed due to your people careless..I want to change those tops...please take necessary action..this is the first time visit to ur company and worst of it..

                      Went to Chennai Silks, Velachery brank with family.After purchase when we were returning, at the entrance sales representative and manager stopped my aunt since there was a beep sound in her purse when she came through sensor.The sales rep(looks like head not sure ) asked for my aunts purse and opened it in front of everyone and checked it. It was a brand new purse and he though that my aunt stole it from the store.In front of everyone, he asked for the bill for the purse.It was her own purse and why will she have a bill for that?? There was money in that and again one more sales man checked the purse and told my aunt to stay there.Finally there was a plastic that made the sensor sense and they told us to leave.The way these people treated us was very bad.They treated us like a thief.How dare a security/sales guy can check a female purse without permission.There should have been a female who has to do all this.That too they should say sorry first and let the customer understand the situation and then with the permission it has to be checked.These people should be taught how to deal with Customers.My aunt felt so bad and she was about to cry.Pathetic it was.please take necessary action on these people.

                          Situation 1: Planned to purchase some cloths & jewels in Chennai Silks, T-nagar. After reached the crowded T-nagar via duraisamy subway, i managed to get into Chennai Silks parking lot just opposite to that building. After parked the car, the security persons informing me that, "you should show Chennai Silks purchase bill while getting the car in return, otherwise you have to pay rs.500 fine" (really non-sense response i have ever heard). So, i asked, what would i do if i wont like & purchase anything in Chennai Silks, he said, "you ve to purchase minimum of rs.100, we invested crores of rupees in buying this parking lot opposite to our shop"... (wat wud we do if he invested in parking lot, Are they thinking that we people are nuts? And then he is saying, "if you are not able to purchase for even rs.100, dont come Chennai Silks"... After this, i have decided i will never purchase anything from Chennai Silks and i will advise all my friends, relatives not to go this irresponsible shop ever again! I want to bring this to Chennai Silks upper level management... So, whereever i can, i am posting my worst experience with Chennai Silks... Better to keep one display board outside & says " Chennai silks wont allow you to leave outside without purchase anything"

(wat wud we do if he invested in parking lot, Are they thinking that we people are nuts? And then he is saying, "if you are not able to purchase for even rs.100, dont come Chennai Silks"...


                            After this, i have decided i will never purchase anything from Chennai Silks and i will advise all my friends, relatives not to go this irresponsible shop ever again!

                            I want to bring this to Chennai Silks upper level management... So, whereever i can, i am posting my worst experience with Chennai Silks...
                            Better to keep one display board outside & says " Chennai silks wont allow you to leave outside without purchase anything"

                              My bad experience with Chennai Silks, i bought a bangle in fourth floor & they showed me a good one at the time delivery they have given me a damage piece when i came home that time only i noticed, i bought it on 11.06.2015 as i am a working person i am not able to exchange it immediately, so today (14.06.2015) it went to replace the bangle, the incharge Mr Satish in 4th floor spoken in arrogant & also i told him i am not feeling well even though he is not willing to sort the problem & he is not willing to replace it, after i fight with him he waited me for more than a hour and gave me the replacement, this sort of bad experience i have not yet met in any other shop, they are not responding the customer very very worst service in chennai silks, after all i purchased the bangle for Rs.600/- only.these type of persons only spoiling the shop, The management has to take serious action against him, MY SALES BILL NO - 9/198 DATED:14.06.2015 This is exchange bill no,

                                I brought 3 sarees. It is damaged. I replaced it. Again it is damaged. I ask my cash back. But they force me to take another material from the same lot. As per consumer law the money should be returned if customer is not satisfied. But they are not obey this. Please enforce money-back policy in all shops.

                                  I gone for outing on (26.5.2013)Sunday afternoon to THE CHENNAI SILKS (Erode) to purchase dress with my aunty, uncle and with my wife. Since, it's a peak time i parked my bike in the underground of sri kumaran as per the instruction of the chennai silks security. After two and half hour we purchased 3000 rupees dress materials. I come out and purchase some fruits for my home. My uncle and aunty left earlier in another bike which is parked outside. I asked my wife to stay in front of the shop and i went to pick up my bike. By the time i leaving the underground parking, one of the security standing there asks that you didn't purchase anything ah!.... within the time i answering to that question he angrily said THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR PERSONS TO PARK BIKE WHO PURCHASE FRUITS TO THEIR HOME and he also said many bad things infront of public(others). This is first time i face such an insult in my life. I running out of time so i not inform to anyone and i also in ashamed situation so left the place quickly. I also shout to security that we purchase dress for 3000 rupees, your duty is to safely protect the vehicles not to examine customers. If your concern is good in customer care, then make enquiry with that securty. I need right justice for this one. Pls contact [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

                                    Dear sir

                                    I ordered Cloths for my parents during Deepavali. I selected the items and paid the money immediately through internet banking. Money detected at the same sec.

                                    I got the invoice also. Reference Invoice #[protected] for Order #[protected].

                                    Order delivery date is 29th Oct 2010. Not delivered...

                                    Send many many remainder to them. No action to solve the issue.

                                    Call them and inform the details. Feedback is that they will do the needful.


                                    But till date (28th Nov 10) no feedback and action.


                                    It is not the matter of money. I lost the faith of my parents and not made them happy during Deepavalli. It is emotional disasters.

                                    Sometime I did the network order to other company like RMKV, delivery is on time, (impact advace) and response is excellent.

                                    Consumer must take care before order to irresponsible company

                                    Chennaisilks — eaten my money

                                    i ordered a cotton saree on 8 April 2015 and now i'm not getting any details about the product They are not receiving my calls nor they are replying to my mails. Only thing that happened is that i got my money deducted from my account.
