On 23rd september i received an email that paytm cash had delivered but at the same time i have checked but not cash received and today is 26th sep but still i have not received my paytm cash.

I received paytm voucher finally.
The Panel Station customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have redeemed my 3000 points and got Paytm voucher code but tps haven't send through email and as earlier tps had given me gift voucher as cash back which directly go to my Paytm wallet . So I want my gift in my wallet. What to do with this voucher code ?

    I have received voucher email from panal station that your reward is successful credited in your account but when I checked It was not credited in my account

      I got this mail yesterday that i have received paytm cash but it was not there in my account.
      I have put a screenshot of the mail.
      I have checked the hold-on option also. There is no money on hold-on.

      Please clear the matter further.
      My email is connected to my paytm account as well as my panel station account. Kindly contact me on my email id as soon as possible.

          Dear sir/madam

          I am based out o[censored]ae (Mob no +[protected]; email id : prabhat. [protected]@gmail.com). I have been working on the surveys from this website for last 3-4 months and earned considerable points.
          An effort to redeem these points is always a failure as the web site asks for mob no and the otp. However, the otp is never received. How can this be possible? Is this the way to fool the people across the world?
          I sent them an email also on their india and uae email id 10 days back, no response. Their office is also closed and people are working from home. Altleast the complaints should be resolved.

            Today at 4pm i got a mail from panel station that i have received a paytm voucher to my paytm account and i checked my paytm wallet but it was as same as before. No cash has be added to my wallet. Please provide me the information about what had happened.

              Whenever i try to redeem it says that ur profile is incomplete. So when i try to complete the demographic part of profile i am unable to write email and gender. I m also unable to verify my phone no.

                  I have redeemed 3 to 4 takealot vouchers, and have received none since February? I've emailed multiple times and they said they'd resolve the problem, but nothing has changed.

                    I have made 3 redemption request for my points, but i have not received the amazon coupon for any of the redemption request. I also sent multiple mail to the mentioned e-mail id but i did not heard any acknowledgement on this

                      The panel station is the worst of all the survey sites.
                      It is indian.
                      Their redemption does not work.
                      You will get points but they will limit redemption to a very small number of points.
                      They will limit next redemption to at least 8 weeks after you receive the first.
                      Then, they will add a otp firewall that does not work, so that you do not get any otp and does not get to complete the redemption.

                        Ihave earned around 30000 point stil date from tps, and suddenly they stoppped me sending surveys from 5/6 days and now its showing an error as your password is about to expire please reset it, whenver ai am trying to reset it it is giving a blnk screen, also its not showing me any badge aswell as zero surveys completed.
                        Also y amazon and paytm redemption should be in process, which i have redemeed at about an month ago.

                                today i have receive a email from panel station that was i am taking surveys in appropriate manner so your account password was expired and you will be not receive surveys, redeemed voucher,
                                i dont why panel station is doing like this and i have a mind the panel station is a trusted site bu i think it was wrong, so please atleast send the reedemed vocher please panel station

                                      My TPS registered userid /Email : sudip.kr.saha.[protected]@gmail.com

                                      1.. I've so far completed 85 surveys from the panel station India and got 3 payouts and 4 are pending. So far earned 43075* points from this website.

                                      I had the gold badge. However from 12th august ( Total point Balance 43055 ) i can no longer see any badge in my account and the total number of completed survey is showing as zero. Also no new surveys are coming.

                                      2.. On 18th August got a survey ( 113770 ) which I attempted to complete but it was quota full so 20 points got added into my account ( Point Balance 43075* )

                                      3.. Panel Station Made a mess of my account. From 18th August no surveys again and even though I'm not getting any surveys in some strange way they are showing I've been completing surveys. But funny thing is the points are not being added into my account.

                                      I repeat the above surveys I did not complete but some strange way panel station showing it's completed from my profile but no points credited for the above surveys. Surveys are getting completed from my profile without my knowledge and no points are being credited.

                                      4.. I'm not able to change the password of my profile. So in all possibility panel station has messed up my account and sending e-mail multiple times did not fetch any answers.
