Hi Team TPS,
I have been receiving this message two three times in last one or two months, I am giving my best option as per my knowledge and experience.
I do not know why this is happening. Even many times there is some changes in my survey points and some times even if I do not complete survey, it shows that I have completed a survey and points will remain same or sometimes less.
I guess there is some technical issues at your end.
I would also like to say that I have also not receiving my redeemed vouchers since two months.
