I have used the panel station for 5 months and i have redeemed my points 4 times
I have recieved the incentives for first 3 times but last time i didn't recieve any incentives even after the promised date.
Then i contacted to the developers to look after the matter
But after that my account got locked
Neither i recieved my pending redemption nor my account was active anymore
On top of that i had 1900 points in my account which i could have redeemed in some weeks
Please help me

TPS has sent me a mail saying that I was using inappropriate method
But what was the thing that I used I couldn't know
They don't even answer of emails
Even they didn't give me my pending incentinve
Atleast pay me my pending incentive, that was something that I had earned with my own work

    I haven't received cash reward of 8000 points yet. I have made redemption even before but have faced no such issue. Kindly look into the matter. I am attaching the screenshot of rewards section of my panel station account showing that the payment has been sent and also the screenshot of my paytm account to justify that no such payment has been received.

      I received my voucher on 01 feburary 2019 which points i was redeemed but i am not received voucher code till now.

      I drop multiple emails for the same on email id [protected]@thepanelstationsurveys3.com & call multiple times on provided number +[protected] in website but number is showing incorrect & not received any response on email.

      So could you plss take action on priority.

      Hi, Iam Sai and I redeemed 3000points for 300/- Paytm money on feb7 2018 and I got mail on 20march2018 that reward is credited in my Paytm account linked to my mail id - [protected]@gmail.com . But the reward is not credited in my account . I already redeemed many times but this time I didn't get my reward. Please check this and reward me thank you.

        My quarry no 10893416 are still open in that i had asked team to give me proof of where they credit my reward points.because my register mail is same as with The panel Station. i haven't received any of my reward points. however in status showing its paid already which wrong!! i had given request on[protected] still as on date i haven't received points in my paytm.

        Hi, In past one month i cant able to login on Tps account its show "account was temporary block and contact to helpdesk ". I try but didnt get sloution yet. I dont know why TPS block my account.So please help me to unblock my account.

        About a month and half ago I redeemed 5000 points from the panel station app, but due to some issues in my paytm account the transaction of the redeemed amount failed.I emailed your company regarding this issue as well. It’s my humble request for the transaction to be processed again on my updated number as soon as possible. Thank you.

            Good morning sir, for two months or so now, my recaptcha has refused to validate even when i try opening it in another browser. Secondly i've been having difficulties in login to account through the panel station app. It keeps on telling me "invalid email address or password" i would be glad if these issues are rectified to enable me go back to my surveys which have been piling up. Thanks

            I have raised the issue many times to them but i haven't got the my 1100 rs. The payment failed once due to some issue. But i have contacted paytm about that and they told me to talk to the merchant and intiate that transaction again. So if you can help i will be very happy. And i haven't also got the voucher code.

Even your site mentioned that the code was successfully sent to my mobile number. Kindly advise what i am going to do as i would like to redeem my points.

                I am not able to login to my account and it is is showing that my account is temporary blocked and contact the help desk, i want to to know why my account has been blocked and please unblock my account so that if could reopen it and earn some money as my main source of pocket money is your panel station.

                I don't know why you have done this i do my work with great care and whenever a new survey comes i go to the net cafe and answer it.

                  I can't redeem

                  Hello sir,
                  I have been using panel station for a few days now and have completed some surveys.
                  The challenge i currently have is that i can't seem to redeem my reward. Whenever i try to redeem, it asks me to verify my mobile number without a country code, when i input my mobile number it says it has sent me a pin that i never receive and i also notice that the country code that appears is +91 instead of +234 which is nigeria's...

                  Please solve my problem quickly because i want to take the survey. My two amazon vouchers 500 rs was not received and my 3000 point was currently in my id and now was not redeemed because i was wait become 5000 points.                       I redeemed two amazon vouchers last month —
                      1st voucher redeemption date = 12 october (1.5 months ago)
                      2nd voucher redeemption date — 23 october (1 month ago)

                      I'm using panel station app from long time. I open it daily ;but i didn't get loyalty reward. I already gave this app all the permissions in my phone.

                      Please send me my vouchers so i can buy gifts for poor kids.

                        I submitted the ephone number after making the redemption and m waiting for it since 45 days but haven't recieved any amount. If panel station is legit than it would defined make the payment.

                          Recently i received mail from regarding paytm reward that credited into my account with "order id 67250". When i check my paytm account i received nothing in my paytm wallet. I also tried to contact paytm and panelstation too. I receive support from paytm. They advice me to contact panelstation about my issue but the thing is panelstation didn't replying to my mails and zero support from them.

                          I redeemed Paytm voucher on14 August and they send me Paytm cash but my Paytm account was not KYC at that time so Paytm refunded them back, so I contacted panel station but they didn't resolve my problem, please resend my payment

                            I recieved a mail from panel station saying the voucher has been credited to my paytm account. But i have not received the same in my account. I checked with paytm, they said that the merchant has not sent any voucher and asked me to contact the merchant - the panel station.
                            I mailed panel station but they have not responded. I have attached a screenshot of the mail i have recieved.

And when i checked in app panel points are shown as zero though previously it 1700 and name is shown as null null and asking profile updation to receive survey and when tried to fill profile it shown as profile filling is 100 percent complete. And when i tried forgot password option and entered mail it is shown as mail is not registered even though i am using this account with mail id for past 5 months. I have mailed them but no response. I think they have cheated by collecting our browser data, opinions now blocked our id

                              try to login with same mail id and password that you have got when you signup .if you are not able to login then mail them about your issue to [email protected]

                                  Its been more than a month that i have submitted a request to redeem 3000 points for 300 paytm cash but there is no notification from them after that have tried reaching customer care from the app but there has been no response from there side.have redeem 2nd time also even that is about to reach a month...they cannot do such frauds with us. my registered no.                                     My panel station account was blocked from last 3 to 4 days. I don't know why panel station blocked my account. I regularly taking surveys with care. I also redeem my 2 paytm vouchers worth rs 600, about 20 day ago but panel station blocked my account and voucher amount not credited to my paytm wallet. This is not fair. I request panel station to re-open my account. If not possible please give me my 2 pending paytm voucher worth rs 600 because that is my hard working income.

                                      I have redeemed points successfully on panel station app for 300 paytm cash and i waited for 1 month also, then i got a mail that amount is credited in your paytm wallet but when i see in paytm wallet there was no amount credited the order no was{63467}, please credit my paytm cash as soon as possible.                                       I tried to signup but it is showing that my email id already exists. It is debalina.[protected]@gmail.com. please let me know that status and because i forgot my password and cannot reset it. Please provide me the link to do so.
