I have redeemed Rs.3000 on 16th April, 2018 and still haven't received.
I selected the amount to be sent through PayTM, even after couple of months, I did not receive any notifications from them. So, I sent an email on 14th June 2018 asking for the update.
On Jun 15, 2018, 11:45 AM, I received an email stating:
With reference to your query, this is to notify you that we had transferred the amount to your Paytm account, however, the same was returned. This could be due to any of the following reason(s):
1. You did not sign up for a Paytm account.
2. You did not complete the registration process.
I have further responded saying:
I have PayTM account and I'm using it since many years. My PayTM email address is same as the registered email address with TPS, which is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].
I then received a response on Jun 18, 2018, 1:00 PM stating:
We have raised your concern with the team will provide you the complete details of the same at the earliest.
…Further on Jul 4, 2018, 6:47 PM, I received an email stating amount has been transferred on 16/04/2018 to PayTM.
I have not received any money/reward from The Panel Station and they are just bluffing and providing incorrect details.
The Panel Station customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Neither a message from my number.
