My panel station account was blocked from last 3 to 4 days. I don't know why panel station blocked my account. I regularly taking surveys with care. I also redeem my 2 paytm vouchers worth rs 600, about 20 day ago but panel station blocked my account and voucher amount not credited to my paytm wallet. This is not fair. I request panel station to re-open my account. If not possible please give me my 2 pending paytm voucher worth rs 600 because that is my hard working income.

    I have redeemed points successfully on panel station app for 300 paytm cash and i waited for 1 month also, then i got a mail that amount is credited in your paytm wallet but when i see in paytm wallet there was no amount credited the order no was{63467}, please credit my paytm cash as soon as possible. I am attaching mail and paytm pass book details, my mail id is {[protected]@gmail.com}.

    And in paytm passbook it is showing failure in cashback
    I tried to signup but it is showing that my email id already exists. It is debalina.[protected]@gmail.com. please let me know that status and because i forgot my password and cannot reset it. Please provide me the link to do so.

      The panel station-payment not received
      I had redeemed 3000 points on 4/07/2018 for rs.300 paytm cash but didn't received any amount till now. I have received an email from paytm (Attached to this complaint). Please check that email. After that i also contacted paytm but they told me to contact with the merchent. The order i'd no. Is 63514.

          A confirmation email was sent that the redeemed points have been sent as 300 rupees to the paytm wallet. But there was no amount. I even checked with paytm customer service to check if the problem is about the paytm services but it was said that the transaction wasn't successful. I hope you can fix this problem as soon as possible as the this confirmation email from panel station had come already 2 months after the redemption.

          Hi! I can't access my account. I have used the username and the password that you have sent me, but it always says "Username and password are invalid." I reset my password many times but they keep on sending me the same password. I have answered surveys already and I have points. Help me access it again, please. Thank you!

            Since morning i am not able to login to my account and it is is showing that my account is temporary blocked and contact the helpdesk, i want to to know why my account has been blocked and please unblock my account so that if could reopen it and earn some money as my main source of pocket money is your panelstation.
            I don't know why you have done this i do my work with great care and whenever a new survey comes i go to the netcafe and answer it.

            I had redeemed Rs.1200 in my account of [protected]@gmail.com.
            But it is suddenly blocked.Atleast I want my rewards back.
            Yesterday morning i am not able to login to my account and it is is showing that my account is temporary blocked and contact the helpdesk, i want to to know why my account has been blocked and please unblock my account so that if could reopen it and earn some money as my main source of pocket money is your panelstation.
            I don't know why you have done this i do my work with great care and whenever a new survey comes i go to attend and answer it.last two days I have some health issues that's y not atten the survays now iam recover please release my panel station and my coupons please this is very useful my life please understand release my site

              I have been a member of The panel station for a while now amd completed a few saveys.
              I haven't redeemed any points yet but I have been trying to redeem my 3000 points and the system keeps saying, Pin sent successfully
              But I do not receive the pin, I have tried more than 10 times
              I tried using a different phone number, but still I do not receive anything.
              The Panel Station customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              I have more than 3000 points but I have the very same problem of being unable to redeem my points, no pin is sent to me, I tried more than 20 times but still nothing!! After all my time and energy doing the surveys, why can't I redeem my points as I have more than 3000 points???

                  I have redeemed Rs.3000 on 16th April, 2018 and still haven't received.

                  I selected the amount to be sent through PayTM, even after couple of months, I did not receive any notifications from them. So, I sent an email on 14th June 2018 asking for the update.

                  On Jun 15, 2018, 11:45 AM, I received an email stating:
                  With reference to your query, this is to notify you that we had transferred the amount to your Paytm account, however, the same was returned. This could be due to any of the following reason(s):

                  1. You did not sign up for a Paytm account.
                  2. You did not complete the registration process.

                  I have further responded saying:
                  I have PayTM account and I'm using it since many years. My PayTM email address is same as the registered email address with TPS, which is [protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].

                  I then received a response on Jun 18, 2018, 1:00 PM stating:
                  We have raised your concern with the team will provide you the complete details of the same at the earliest.

                  …Further on Jul 4, 2018, 6:47 PM, I received an email stating amount has been transferred on 16/04/2018 to PayTM.

                  I have not received any money/reward from The Panel Station and they are just bluffing and providing incorrect details.

                    I jave not recieved the paytm cash i redeemed on 6th june 2018 as of 6th july 2018.its already been a month.
                    I tried contacting costumer support through mobile app but they aren't responding to complaints.Please resolve my doubts and tell me the date when i will recieve the paytm cash.

                    And please dont send those automated messages...
                    Please send me money as fast as possible. You people taking too much time

                        I an unable to login with my account [protected]@gmail.com i redeemed my hard earned points and you guys terminated my account i am correctly login with my username and password but still not able to access my account so please i request you to mail my new password and if i am disable from your website then do please enable me so that i can give my genuine opinions and reply soon
                        note:showing temporarily disable while opening app which is disgusting

                          I redeemed my 21000 points equals to 2100 rupees but my account is not opening now they have forfeit my hard earning money which i earned from working day and night and they are not even replying from email i emailed about dozen of times but they are not replying it was the first time working for them and they are fraud my registered id is [protected]@gmail.com

                            I didn't get the amount of Rs 300 that I redeemed on the panelstation app.
                            i contacted paytm for the same, , they said that the transaction has been unsuccessful from the merchant end i.e Panel Station.they are not replying on any of my complaints.
                            It has already been 2 months but no replies have been given from their side.

                              Its been around 20 days and still i have not received the paytm balance as assured by their redemption policy. My redemption points were 3000. I have mailed them several times and got no reply by their customer service team. Their redemption services and customer support services are very poor and dissatisfactory.
                              Kindly take appropriate action against this fraudulent survey company.

                              The site says it has expired domain name and therefore unable to take surveys or avail site. also i have requested for redemption and not yet received the same.
                              Panel Station has created my PAYTM Account using my this mail ID & they hold my ₹300 paytm cash.. borderless access panel order # 53676 but now i have verified my this mail id in Paytm app after that i complaint to Paytm for the same they said contact your merchant Your payment failed / unsuccessful from merchant side

                                Whenever I try to redeem my 4400 points, the reply for the past week is exception, try later and no more explanation is given. This is happening whenever I try to redeem the points. The first time I redeemed, there was no problem, but for the second redemption onwards, I am unable to redeem. I posted about the delay two three times, but till now I haven't got a reply.

                                  My self arun sivan, i did many surveys in panel station earned surveys more than 5000 points and from that 5000 points i send a request for redemption for 4500 points on 24th june 2017, but till now i don't a get any voucher or code for that. I send many emails about this request but till now no one has answered. I this is a fake site, making people foolish. My account details of the panel station are given below.

                                  After making the above complaints they send mail to and they ask me contact Rahul Kumar Sharma on his mobile [protected] and then he asked me share my credit card details. He need the credit card number, validity and then the OTP which is coming on your registerd mobile. I asked why you want these details for transfering the money and he dont have an answer for that. And he reffuse to issue a souq voucher or any other way to transfer the money. I think this is a trap and be carful everyone. Please make complaint everyone aginst this. These company cheating everyone. I have seen lot of complaints against them, in the intert. There is no responsible person in that company.
                                  Since I redeem my point for Shoprite voucher panel station hasn't given me a code even now and it been more than 3weeks
                                  Same here 4500 point i redeem on 31-JAN, today 25-FEB going on - till now no voucher - i send many mail no response -
                                  Penal station are big fraud

                                    Its been more than a month still my reward of rs.300 against redemption of 3000 points has not been credited in my paytm wallet. I redeemed my points on 4th april 2018 and today's it's 9th may... Last time the reward was credited exactly one month after the redemption of points...

                                    I guess this is 9th time i am writing to you but apparently you neither respond not take calls... I am seriously fed-up with this kind of service

                                    I thought panel station takes feed-back and credits rewards seriously but apparently i think i was wrong...

                                    You guys gave surveys but when its time to credit reward you really make your customers beg for it... Don't you...

                                      I just redeemed 3000 points for paytm.
                                      1-will the reward be delievered to the paytm account associated with the email used to sign in to panel station?
                                      2-because at the time of redemption i was not asked any phone number or email.
                                      Points have already been deducted.
                                      3-will i recieve a voucher code or something?
                                      4-and if the answer to (1-) is yes when will i recieve my money?

                                      I have verified my email to the mobile number I have given on both paytm and The panel Station, I recieved the mail about having got the cash against my redemption of points of the panel station, in my email-id but I have not recieved the money.I redeemed the points on 20april.
