I was working on site since last 6-7 months and collected rewards worth rs 600. When i asked them to pay the rewards in my paytm account they have deactivated/blocked my account. That is pure cheating. I tried to contact them through mail and on their phone but they are not responding anywhere. Now i want my rs 600 in my paytm account. Please help me in this situation.

I think these people should be sued for this kind of cheating. One person is working hard and devoting a lot of time filling survey and when its time to pay him off you are blocking their id so that you don't have to pay him. This is pure cheating. I want my money. Please help

    My id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have redeemed 3000 points on 12th march and another 3000 points on 16th march. I had selected paytm as mode of payment but now my number doesn't work and i wont be able to receive payment on that number, so i want to change my mode of payment from paytm to amazon. I have written many times to customer care regarding this but they haven't replied yet. Please help me, i don't want my 6000 points go in vain. Thank you

    They didn't do what I asked them to do but they sent money immediately to my Paytm account. Fortunately Paytm was able to assist me and I got my money. So I am happy with the panel station because they paid immediately.

      I had redeemed 3000 points on 10/02/2018 for rs. 300 paytm cash. On 14/03/2018 i received an email from paytm (Screenshot attached bellow) but didn't get the amount till now.

      My registered email id on paytm as well as on the panel station is "kalraashish03.[protected]@gmail.com"

      And my registered mobile no. On paytm as well as on the panel station is [protected]

      Please resolve it as soon as possible...

      Paytm cash is holding in my email address 2... Because I registered paytm account with my first email address... Then I will changed my paytm account to 2nd email address... Now paytm cash are not received... Please fix this problem.. Please help me... And I will upload screen shot proof and it contains my 2nd email address...

        Few weeks ago 400 points cutted which i have earned and now 350 points cutted and i wrote in the contact us page but i cant get any response as well as any satiesfaction.. My email id is ([protected]@gmail.com) you can cheak the reward history as well... And i wrote more than 3 or 4 email to you by contact us page but cant get back my points or any response.

          I had redeemed my 3000 points but till now I had not got my voucher pin nor voucher number. I have mailed more than 50times to the office but every time I am asked to wait. I want to inquire when will your waiting time be over?? You people just fool us. If you do not have money to spare then dont make false promises. If you have the courage return back the time I have wasted for this ### panel station.
          I strongly recommended no one to waste your time for this.
          Useless and fake application.

            I have redeemed my 12000 points for paytm cash. Each time i have redeemed 3000 points for 4 times on 12 and 20th December 2017 and on 3 and 8 th January 2018 .i havent received any patym cash till now..and this is not the way we are supposed to be treated for our work.i received a message from support group of panel station saying we would receive paytm cash after redeeming points in around 4 to 6 weeks and now it is more than 6 weeks..kindly check whats wrong

                I had redeemed 3000 pts on 26 oct 2017 for 300 rs paytm cash but didn't received any amount till now. I have received an email from paytm (Screenshot attached), they said payment order failed contact borderless access panel.

                I've complaint couple of times from contact us option in tps and even mail to panel station but i didn't got solution yet.
                Kindly please chek it out and complete the payment.

                    I have tried several times to redeem my points by putting my mobile number in and have recived no text i have also messaged someone 6 times now and no ones answered me. I'm getting sick of it now i'm starting to think this is a # company and a big fat scam. Sort it out now am pissed off and not happy at all i have 1200 points and want to redeem them now would someone hurry up and sort it out

                    After 1700 points i cant take any surveys.. it always shows you are not have requirement to partcipate this survey

                      Good day,

                      I am trying to complete the surveys available and then it says - oops it seems like you have already completed which i have not yet completed, half way through the survey it stops and says they reached their required amount of surveys completed. I tried to login this morning but i keep on getting a 404 error - file or directory not found, resource might have been removed, had its name changed or temporarily unavailable.

                      This happened on the 20, 21 and 22 november 2017

                        All surveys sent in 2016, which were removed from the panel dashboard, the survey being completed by trick,
                        Further the quantum of their quantity has been redeemed in october and their point has also been redeemed,
                        You should check the payment for october month by checking it,

                          I am unable to verify my gmail acvount to this site i tried alot times i dint receive any mail to my gmail to confirm it so plzz send it so that i can start taking surveys. I am sure to be goos qt taking surveys i need the app urjently so plzz send me otp. Otp is not been received by me so how to do it or u send me new otp to regain the account or start it...

                            The Panel Station customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I earned 4450 points by completing surveys on Panel Station out of which I redeemed 3000 points for the Flipkart voucher. As per their instructions after 6 weeks you'll get your redeemed voucher. But I didn't get it and when I mail them about it, they deleted my account. They just earned money on other's work.
                            I have registered to take surveys online, I have completed some of the survey, but I'm struggling to redeem points, now I'm afraid to continue because I'm not sure if I will get the rewards.kindly assist. I want to continue and do more online surveys, but when I redeem points I get the message that says pin will be sent to my mobile number.
                            I had redeemed 3000 points on 15/09/2017 for rs.300 paytm cash but didn't received any amount till now. the status got closed in mobile and it is open in web page.

                            My registered email id and phone number on the panel station.com are same.
                            panel station redemption is not working at all

                              My complaint is about the panel station app. I am using this app for more than 2months. Since then i have never deleted this app from my phone. The main problem is i have redeemed 3000points via general redemption on 3/08/17. But i did not received any paytm case worth rupees 300 as promised. I have wasted so many my precious times for this app. Please solve it soon.

                                I had redeemed the points for paytm cash on june 5 itself. It has been more than three weeks yet i have not received any information from them. I had even raised a request of the redemption in the app. Yet there is no response. And many times when i try to be access a survey it says be your are not eligible. My registered email id with panel station is [protected]@gmail.com. Please give a solution for this issue. The paytm cash i didn't receive is worth 300 rupees

                                  Since many time when I am trying to complete the survey every time my survey get stuck because video which I have to view during the survey is not available or unable to provide me proper answer due to which I am not able to complete the survey and loosing the points.

                                  I have already raised this concern with their support them but they are not responding to me and finally after doing lots of follow-up they have responded to me but not with solution or answer but they are saying that "We regret to inform you that your email id shall be removed from our system, and you shall not receive any of our future surveys or your vouchers/ reference id's for your redeemed points."

                                  Now they have deactivate my account without any reason.

                                      I am trying to unsubscribe from the panel station for many days but the link is not working. When i try to answer surveys there is network problem or it hangs or shows some error. Many times the survey is not complete. The profile survey is not working and the phone hangs everytime i try to do the survey. I am desperate to unsubscribe from the panel station....

                                      I always complete surveys but most of my points are not recorded and I am yet to redeem my points. I have sent email to the panel station but I haven't got any reply from them.These actions make me to question their credibility. And again their some of their surveys seem to be fraudulent because of the method applied in taking the survey.They disqualify people from their surveys easily because of some little faults that is not even from the surveyor.Please, help me to resolve these issues.Thanks
