I tool this membership on 1st Feb 2023 and I was promised the booking with in 3 days, as it was my only requirement, they shared good hotel list in the beginning to make me a member, But after the membership is dont no one is responding properly, I call everyday but no one picks up the call, on the toll free num they saw pls wait for 24-48 hors for every mail sent, but no proper response,

These Scammers invited us through a call we went to their place where they hosted the event, we Paid booking amount as the plan was good and we took a week of time to pay the remaining amount. A week got over and we tried calling them back to back but nobody turned out to pick the call and the customer support care number is an invalid number. I would request other people not to trust this cheaters....

This is a fraud company they took 44k from my family from ny family and gave a domestic travel membership where they'll provide 4-5 stars hotel. In times of booking they give below 3star hotel. In 2022 they've already cancelled our Kerala trip and this year too there's no response from them while booking of hotels in Kashmir even though we agreed to their 3star hotel. I had purchased membership at Park priviera around October. First of all I was told by their representatives Ikram and his deputy as appended below communication solely basis which I subscribed the membership. I wasn't told about blackout dates, festival dates, e.t.c. the accommodation options that they shared compared to the ones given are below standard not even close to 4 star. even they said their website mentions all these brands like...

We took membership and at that time they said that 4* or 5* properties will be given.
But we got 3* property and it was located outer city area.
Also, no one is picking the call.
We asked for refund as we are not satisfying but no luck.
They never replay within 48 hours and thus eventually you would need to cancel the trip

Pathetic customer service.

The agents Mr. Vaibhav Dubey & Mr.Shahbaj bandivala both from Ahmedabad are not picking my calls and park priviera members . None of the agents are picking the calls also not pic up call Office staff any person park priviera hospitality or replying to my messages.
