I am very sorry to write you this as I have no option left. This is regarding the CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FOR PARK PRIVIERA HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED (Certificate is attached herewith for your reference). My sincere request is to cancel the certificate of registration with immediate effect as they are not able to fulfill the customer requirement. I am as a customer completely fed up the way they are treating after taking the membership. While giving the membership they are making false commitment to provide very good hotels above 3 star with good amenities but they are providing simple lodge to stay where there are no car parking facility, hotel rooms are not good, bathrooms are stinking. Providing below par hotels and making money. Almost all customers are unhappy with their services. You can find the reviews in Park Priviera google reviews. I had to communicate more than 40 times over mail to get these third graded hotels in the month of January 2023. They are thieves and making money from customers. Now also the same thing is happening. I have asked for hotel accommodation from 7th March to 10th March 2023 at DIGHA, West Bengal. I have given 4 hotels of my choice (3 star hotel as per the membership) but they are not providing. They say only one word that we don't have affiliation with those hotels. They are providing the hotels negotiating with low price which are below par and not up to the standard. They are taking huge money from customers and providing low graded hotels of their own choice. If I can't give the choice of my own the what is the point of taking membership. The Subham Beach hotel given at Puri was low class third grade hotel where somehow we managed to stay. There are many 3 star good pet friendly hotels but they are not providing just because they want to cheat customers. They have taken Rs.77770/- for five years and AMC charges per year of Rs.7999/-. Every year AMC charge will be Rs.7999/- for 7 nights/8days stay. For 35 nights they are taking Rs.117, 765 but giving hotels in the range of Rs.1800 to Rs.2000/- per day. I have checked the hotel prices in the website. That is why hotels are not up to the standard. All the customers have been cheated.
Their certificate shows that company gives wide choice but actually there is no choice for the customers. So registration needs to be cancelled. I have emailed the details to the organizations ([protected]@gaafs.us & [protected]@qcas.org.uk) who have given the certificate of registration. Their registration should get cancelled before the 2nd surveillance due date of 5th October 2023 & it has to be declared fraud company. The culprits needs to be punished. I need my money back. Please help me to get my money back. Or please ask them to book hotel of my choice which are within the budget. Some previous stay hotel photographs are attached herewith to know the kind of hotel they are providing. Also please find the membership form attached herewith for your reference. Their reviews have gone below the score of 2.8 and in decreasing trend. They are making phone calls and asking to delete the reviews and saying that this won't repeat but it's as usual. I had interaction with their staff Muskan, Sarfaraz, Chirag Rangras but no result.

Once again requesting you to kindly help me either to get my money back or to provide hotels of my choice. Would like to get my money back as I am no more interested in their services. I want their registration certificate should get cancelled as they have violated all the norms.
