[Resolved] The Souled Store — return of goods
I had ordered 7 items of clothing from the souled store online of which
I had excuted a return request and accordingly sent the parcel (Containing 5 items) to the address mentioned by speed post.. After almost 7 days of no response whether they received the parcel or no i emailed them asking about it..
Then i get a reply from their side.."this is to inform you that a refund has been done in your the souled store wallet in the form of reward points."
Upon checking my rewards which were not at all according to what i was expecting in terms of exchange of 5 items,
I wrote them "i would like to know on what calculations have you done refund / reward point to my account???
Coz i sent return of 5 items which roughly amounts to rs 2624.
And the reward point showing currently in my account is 1047 which doesnt have any breakup..
I would like to can i buy similar 5 items againts the reward point or no?
Have sent the invoice as the attachment to this email for the reference."
On that they replied me "this is to inform you that we have received two items from the speedpost.
We'd request you to get in touch with the speed post for the same." firstly generally every online companies like amazon or flipkart have their own system of pickup of exchange goods.. Unlike these fraudsters..
They asked me to send them everything by speedpost and that too it should reach them within 10days of return request execution..in lockdown!
So i got very very disappointed and furious to know that they received only two items and so i wrote them
"if that was the case then why didn't you informed me the same day you guys received the parcel, i had emailed you guys and you even accepted the same and now after so many days you expect me to question the speed post people??
You guys are least bothered even to inform that you received the parcel!
I had sent the parcel which had 5 items along with the invoice highlighting the items that i had requested to return on your website. It was duty to inform or atleast courtesy call me an inquire that.. Sir u had requested a return on 5 items but we have received only two!
In all my communication i have mentioned return of 5 items n only now when i am questioning you about refund, you guys saying you received only two items???
What nonsense is that, how unprofessional is this???" and after that i have not received any reply as yet...
They are ver very unprofessional in business and i would suggest never buy stuff from them...!!
