    Hi there,

    My name Shiyamkumar Perumal, Customer Code: A3141984 . I applied new PAN Card from www.thepancard.com website on 03/12/2020 and also I paid the Rs.379.00 Rupees for that application and also downloaded and attached the required documents and post to the given address. I only received the notification about the application has validated and Your application will submitted to the authorities shortly. On successful submission a Coupon Number will be sent to you through e-alerts still the last one month.

    I wait for this more than one month still not getting any further updates from the www.thepancard.com team

    So I kindly request you please help us to resolve this issue.

      It has been over three months since my application was given and later was requested to upload more documents did that and has almost been a month still have not received any response pls resolve the problem and speed up the process

        My name is Mayuri LAst time I order place on 28 Nov 2020 my application Customer Code: A3125392 . Even I have applied for correction but for almost one month I have not received any response. It seems like a fake site and not govt authorized

        MY original Document sent this side for Chennai So PLease solve my problem

        there is no customer care number to contact also.. The only address is mentioned in the contact us category

            I had submitted the application on 25th Nov 2020 and still, it is not submitted to the authority. "THEPANCARD.COM" charged me triple the normal cost and they don't have any customer support so that we can talk to them only an automated email system is installed by them which gives always a sample reply. It costs me almost 1000 (including courier charges) for getting a PAN Card. This company is a fraud I think and cheats on customers.

              My Customer Code: A3130108. they received documents on 4th December, 2020. They wasted my time by asking for unwanted clarifications. I provided clear documents and I told them many times to follow as per proof of documents. But they are wasting time. I requested many times this is very urgent to me. Could you please look into it and close ASAP.

                I applied through the thepancard.com, a unit of samantha communication pvt ltd on 26th December 2020 for a new pan card.
                All documents has already been submitted . it s a fraud company
                I have paid a total of Rs 379 with customer code A3267303. Please look into it and kindly block the website and force them to provide a refund

                      Online payment made for correction of address in PAN card and hard copy of my Application has been received by the pancard.com through post and acknowledged on 18th Dec 2020.It was mailed to me to intimate status report of my Application early .but till today no msg received from the pancard.com .p!z do needful for dispatch of my corrected PAN card as early as possible .

                        I applied for a duplicate PAN Card as I lost my original. After making the payment through Paytm, realised this to be a fraud website. I have paid INR 399 through Paytm. Also I am worried as I have shared all my aadhar details with them. Kindly help me get the refund of the said amount.

                          I had submitted my pan application on 24th November 2020 and had done a payment of 379 Rs. My customer code is A3106705. I had sent my required documents and it had been validated by 5th Dec but then the further process of generating the coupon number is not yet done. I had asked several times to their customer support chat as to when would I receive my Pan card but I get the same reply which doesnt help in any which way. It is my request to you to please give it to me as soon as possible as I require it urgently. Its been a month and I still haven't received my Pan card.

                            Thepancard.com this website making people fool. I have applied from this website for new pancard. But even after 2 month they have not given me pan card. they took almost 479 rs from my side. I have posted many messages on their customer service portal but no one replied. They should refund me or complete my work as early as possible.
                            My customer code is A3067643 which shows validation completed on 2 december 2020... please let me know whether i will get the pan card or is it possible for a refund.. there is no customer care numbers given or they don't send any kind of notifications via email or mobile no provided. Kindly take attention of this or i will complaint it about cyber cell

                              Thepancard.com is the site who offer online Pan card correction. But this is fraud website, as we paid the money on 28-sep-2020, but now 22-dec is over, there is no update on our correction of PAN Card, they are taken money but not giving you the services. So, to inform all the viewers do not trust on this website. They do not have any phone no. From where you can check the updates and even the email Id they had given is bounced back your mail.

                                  I wanted a pan card and saw this website by Google ad, and I've applied for pancard on 30/11/2020, my first attempt to pay them was unsuccessful and my money got debited and it hasn't been refunded till today, again I had to pay them and paid successfully on 30/11/2020... But to today their is no update of my pancard and nothing... I've lost 379+379 rupees... I want my pan card and 1 unsuccessful payment refund... They don't have any contact number or mail id on their website... I didn't got any other way to contact them so writing this here... Thank you

                                    I applied for my pan card from the mentioned site and competed all the steps(1.filling the form 2.fees payment-250rs 3.posting the printed pre filled form to thepancard company in chennai tamil nadu). I recieved an sms on 27 November that the company has recieved my documents and to check my email for further notification . But since then there is no such information regarding my pan card on mail or sms. I fear that the company may misuse the information provided by me and many others .Please take appropriate actions against the company so that it cannot fraud more people .My customer code as per the company is A2695349 and I have also attached the photo of my application form.

                                    I have filled the application form for pan card from the website ThePanCard.com and they charged an amount of Rs 379 whereas the actual amount is Rs. 110.

                                    I am a student and can't bear such large amount and also they are taking extra money which is a cheating and fraud.

                                    Please help me to get the refund.

                                      They had received my documents on 28 November 2020 and validated on 7 December 2020 and in their system its showing submission shortly. I have paid Rs. 379/- online and received receipt .
                                      My customer code is A3100901. I have sent messages thru their system and also their phone is out of order. The problem is any one searching thru google to apply for pan card their site is on the top.By mistake every one is applying thru them.
                                      Kindly let me know whether i will get the pan card or is it possible for a refund or do I need to go to the cyber police and register a complaint.

                                        I have applied 21 days before for the usual of new pan card with no changes as the old card as faded and cant view photo or no properly.i have asked for the government pan card applied acknowledgement number writing to Thepancard.com but no response ...I have paid 5 times more the fees prescribed by the government but what is the service they are giving to customers who are fooled? No tollfree no or contact mo it's like big mess here pay back my money I will apply directly to the concerned pancard office
