[Resolved]  Tikona — harassing and threatening customer

Hi there,

No wonder, some cheater company like tikona who make false promise always now harassing and threatening customer thorugh phone call and mail for legal notice. Organization like these who never cares for customer problem and satisfaction, neither solve their problem.

I was customer for tikona for more than a year. At the beginning tikona promised for high speed broadband connection with atleast 4 mbps connection (Still a dream for tikona) which was never ever fulfilled by tikona. Even after getting the connection, i faced tons of problem which was never solved by team. Below as just few examples mails. For my connection problem i called atleast thousand time to tikona, but their false promised customer care number was unreachable most of the time, still i managed to call customer care somehow, please fell free to check the records.

Please tell me if you are not using any services, would you pay for that service..?

There was an incident in past when i went for my hometown for 2 weeks perhaps. After returning from my native, i experience that tikona team has disconnected my connected without even informing me. After asking to customer care i came to know that team disconnect the connection if not in use just for 2 weeks.

After paying my last bill while i was using tikona, i never ever use their connection after that, but as informed cheater company like tikona generated bill for 2 months for me which i didn't use. If tikona is maintaining thier records, kindly check if i use their connection after that. I bet they can't say that i used even 1 mb data after that. Than how the hell and how dare the tikona company asking for money to pay rs.2470/- which i never use, and after that they are calling and harassing me and threatening me continuously.

I wonder if tikona disconnect connection if not in use for just 2 weeks, than how come they can generate the bill which was not used for 2 months. Kindly explain.

Organization like these who make false promise to customer and when the customer is not happy with their service they harass customer and threats them is responsible for pulling back my great country's development. Organization like these are responsible for degrading my country. Organization like these use their powerful influence to threats customer and enjoy themself are responsible for destroying my country.

I am 100% sure that none from tikona management will reply as organization like these only know how to make false promise and loots customer money illegally. Hence i am also including consumer complaint.

Hi team,

This is not my first complaint, and i guess either my last. I have some few questions to you guys.

When it come to make payment every month, you guys will call and irritate customer. But when it comes to connectivity issue, i see all your love will vanish. Why..?

If tikona provides single day good connectivity (Means without any problem), i will worship tikona that day (Sounds impossible), but unfortunately tikona does not have that standard. Is tikona not ashamed of itself..?

Whenever the connectivity goes, where the hell customer care goes than..? Will be never be able to speak to any customer representative. Are they on permanent holiday..?

Does tikona have self respect? Because while asking money they are never late and never talk properly. But when it comes to service, i must say, tikona is my life biggest mistake. I feel that my money goes waste.. If tikona have a little bit self respect, kindly call me (Which tikona never does at the time of issue).

You can either disconnect my connection or provide proper connection (Which is not in tikona's blood), because i don't want a connection which shows connectivity like once in a full moon.

I have a small server setup, on which i work on, which is non of your business, anyway because of your brilliant connectivity issue, i am facing issue, which is a loss for me... Is tikona is going to pay for that...? While the time of providing connection, why tikona guys talks a lot, but when it come to give customer service, why tikona become magician...?

I know you guy are not going to reply me, anyway if this continues even for a single more time, kindly lose me.

I believe i have tried calling more than 15 to 20 time asking for the ac adapt
Whenever i am calling the customer care its says that an engineer has been assigned for the same, but engineer is on vacation maybe. But i recieve no messages
May i know is this the way you treat your customer.
I just asked for the ac adapter, i am unable to use internet from many days now, are you guy are going to give me any compensation for the same?
How the hell you guys except your customer to pay bills when treat your customer as piece of #.
I am very sorry for my language, but seriously you have worst customer service. May i know just to get the ac adapter, still how many months you guys need..?
You guy are think urself as vip maybe, may be thats y u dont think to reply back to your customer.
I did not received any call from ur need neither from your vip engineers.
If by chance u guys think and decide to call me (Which sounds impossible), below is my contact number, atleast try on both number for god sake.
I would like to register a case for fake promise and worst service to the proper channel, just let me know if your enginner is unable to just walk and give me the ac adapter within an hour or not, or just disconnect my connection permanently, but i need a written statement from u guys too for the worst service.
I believe in my area recommending tikona to someone will be the most idiotic thing.

Hope you guys are not sleeping. I have some quick questions for you, hope you can answer within an hour.

I have paid the bill just a few hours ago, before that the internet connection was working fine. I want to know is this tikona policy to harass his customer, that once the customer pays the bill, tikona will start showing its true colour, with his poor performance.

I feel like the customer should not pay their bill's to tikona. Either give my money back by eod, or fix the connection immediately.

I do not mind if you can call me now on [protected] and solve the problem.

I have no problem with you guys, but my problem with tikona service, plz dont take it personally.

Please forward my message to tikona management level, i want to know the harassment policy of tikona.

Hi team,

Its very difficult for me to keep relation with such a company where bill come on time, but problem are always ignore and never taken care.

Currently my connection is so slow that i even cannot open google page. Its not a surprise for me, it tikona's regular habit i guess.

I believe i have called tikona customer care alot to resolve the issue. Everyday and night whenever i try to access internet for my work, i experience alot of problem (Tikona side) as a result i could not use your precious internet connection.

And the most funny thing, now i am unable to make call to customer care, whenever i dail 1 for it customer care service, the call gets disconnected.

I need a proper business justification from the concern person for the reason behind this no internet connection, and if continues like this, please don not except your customers to pay bill.

If you believe this problems not going to solve and it's going to be ignore, kindly disconnect my connection, and also provide me in written stating that due to improper connection you are disconnecting the connection.

I informed before that i am suffering from frequent internet connection lost. Yesterday i received a message from your team that issue is been resolved, but for your information the issue did not resolved at all. I am still suffering from connection lost, heavily slow connection (Not even in kb/s, its in b/s). All day i have to wait just to sent a text mail, no proper connection.
Even when i try to call tikona customer care my call does not reach you guys. I always pay my bills on time without fail, then why my connection is always like this. I believe your company looks for total customer satisfaction, can i see some results please. If you can, please for god sake make it work asap.

Hi team,

I am facing problem with internet connectivity in day time. I have called the customer care, according to them my lan card is not working properly. But unfortunately its working fine. I am working with same laptop in office and it working very well with and without ethernet cable, and i have check all possible way many times after restarting the system to verify the same. Even i tried to connect with ethernet cable in my friends connection, it working,

The router (Antenna) fixed for this connection is not working problem. Kindly change the router (Antenna) asap. If cannot change, than please solve the problem by sending tikona tech assistant to my home please. Thanks in advance.
