[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment & abuse for unjustified dues | |||
My Account number was [protected]. I gave a disconnection request on 27 Feb. My billing cycle was 15 to 15 which means period was under advance rental. I was confirmed on call and mail a copy of which is attached below that no dues are pending. Moreover in this period their technician had used the connection for speed checking and hence was a usage. They lured me numerous times with many emails and calls for not to disconnect which i denied. I got a new Tikona connection only which was a radio frequency one for high speed. There was due generated for 158 Rs.which i asked them clarification as it was not used by me. They finally after many days confirmed there are no dues. Today i got calls from -[protected] who claimed to be Mr. Sushil Sharma from Delhi Police. Previously from same number some goons called me who claimed to be police constables. They told me unbailable warrant issues in my name and i have to be behind bars and need to come to Delhi from Pune for the case and be present in front of judge. The abused me badly and even threatened me that they will pick me up from my place. They abused me and my family which i got shaken of. They used bad words which i can't even mention here. I rushed to the Police station and reported this incidence after which Mr. Sushil who claimed from Main control room Delhi Police was a bit afraid as i told him i have all recordings of call. After which he started talking in very dramatic manner to me and told we are for your security etc etc. He was saying he is fro Police but he was telling all legal procedure like a settlement agency. I am really feeling bad after this incidence and feeling pathetic on the routes Tikona takes.
