Tikona — Undue invoice and threatening phone calls | |||||
This is about Tikona network. Let me put it pointwise: 1. I wrote on 18/09/2015 that your connection is not working for the past 3-4 days, please look into the matter (I have the email) 2. I wrote again on 24/10/2015 that connection is still now working. I got an auto-reply (1-[protected]) that within 72 hours they will contact me. 3. On 26/10/2015, I got this email - Dear Mr. ARVIND BHATE, With reference to the complaint no. 1-[protected], we were trying to reach you on your mobile no. [protected] which is registered with us but you were not reachable. (They were the only one who could not contact me while I was receiving calls from all over the country) 4. On 28/10, I wrote this email: This has reference to the following Tikona connection: [protected] in the name of Arvind Bhate located at (My address here) You are requested to immediately DISCONNECT / DISCONTINUE my connection as I have already paid full and final amount of Rs. 1, 000 to Mr. Deepak Sharma (Cell: +[protected]. This gentleman had come to collect the money. I am considering that this connection is now fully paid, and hence discontinued with this email. 5. On 28/10 I get this from j.[protected]@tikona.in: Please write to us from Registered Email Id (REI). To find your registered email id, please log on to https://selfcare.tikona.in and go to subscriber profile. Provide your 10 digit User Id. Provide Docket/Reference number (Service Request Number when you register your grievance at Tikona Customer care) 6. On 28/10, I also get this from [protected]@tikona.in: Dear Customer, We thank you for writing to us. Your online request number is 1-[protected]. This is an auto-generated response to confirm that we have received your email. Kindly do not respond to this mail. Your email will be attended within the next 72hrs through a call or email. Blah, blah, blah 7. After this email, I wrote this: Subsequent to this email, I spoke to someone at (so-called) customer care of Tikona for immediate disconnection of Tikona connection. The request number recd from the telephonic conversation from my regd mobile no 7^&^& $%$%$ at 11.00 am on 28 Oct 2015 is 1-[protected] This is to keep you informed about the final payment and the settlement. 8. I get this again from the same old j.[protected]@tikona.in Dear Customer, This is an auto-generated response. Kindly do not respond to this email. We request you to please resend your email with correct Docket/Complaint no (Service Request Number when you register your grievance at Tikona Customer care). To consider your appeal we request you to kindly check if the pre-requisites are mentioned in your mail, without which we will not be able to address your concern: Please write to us from Registered Email Id (REI). To find your registered email id, please log on to https://selfcare.tikona.in and go to subscriber profile. Provide your 10 digit User Id. Provide Docket/Reference number (Service Request Number when you register your grievance at Tikona Customer care). Regards, Appellate Authority 9. And this too (on 28/10): Dear Customer, We thank you for writing to us. Your online request number is 1-[protected]. This is an auto-generated response to confirm that we have received your email. Kindly do not respond to this mail. Your email will be attended within the next 72hrs through a call or email. 10. And then this on 29/10 Sir/ Madam, In reference to your appeal dated 28th October 2015. Appellate Authority will not be able to consider your appeal dated 28th October 2015, as notified in the Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 issued by TRAI dated 05.01.2012. Please note the following: 1. The complaint docket no. 1-[protected] provided by you is in progress with Complaint Center and is within the SLA, therefore the appeal cannot be registered in line with TRAI regulation. 2. In case the complaint remains unaddressed or no intimation of redressal of the complaint is received within the specified period by the Complaint Centre or complaint docket number has exceeded the SLA of three days the complainant can approach the Appellate Authority with the Docket number. Appellate Authority shall, conduct inquiry as notified in the Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012 issued by TRAI dated 5th January, 2012 as it may consider necessary and dispose of the appeal by passing a reasoned order. On, 02/11/15, I wrote this: I have already paid in full for this service. Send someone to disconnect your connection immediately (This was actually 3rd or 4th email from me for discontinuation) 13. Then I wrote this: I am no longer responsible for incompetence of you guys. There will not be anyone in our house after 3-4 days, as we are shifting from here. Once having left from here, local police will be informed about any trespassing. Remove your installations immediately. 14. On 20/11, I recd this: This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below. Dear, ARVIND BHATE With reference to your email Dated on 28/10/2015 Your request is registered with us and the Request no. 1-[protected] is in progress. We will be calling you from no. [protected] on your registered mobile number to address your issues. Please save the number [protected] and attend the call. We expect your kind cooperation with us. Assuring you of our best attention at all times. 15. And the bomb failed on me on 30/12, when I received an invoice for payment from these useless guys. 16. On 03/03/16, I recd an outstanding notice from them. 17. Again on 30/04, outstanding notice 18. Ditto on 01/06, the same notice 19. Same story on 29/07 20. Unpaid bill email again on 31/08 21. Again on 01/10 22. Finally, a demand notice from [protected]@tikona.in on 17/11 23. Bill collection email again on 30/11 24. 30/12 - outstanding amount 25. 31/01 - outstanding amount 26. And just now, I received a threatening call from a goonish voice regarding a fax notice having been sent to Indore SP for my arrest!!! And the phone number is +[protected]. NOT to gain sympathy from you readers, I am a severe heart patient, having barely survived heart arrest / failure couple of years back. I am not sure, what to do next???
