[Resolved] Tikona — Very bad service | |||
Very bad experience with tikona. I have taken a plan of 4Mbps plan but I never got this speed and raised a complaint to customer care but they do something to connection and it works for some time and again the same problem.. most of the time opening a Google page is taking more than 2-5 mins which is much lower speed than the Vodafone 2G. If tikona do not have good bandwidth in VIRAR for such speed than why they are offering such plans and charging for same from customers? They are expecting customer to pay as per Plan but they never think about there service. They have charged me for more than... Was this information helpful? | |||
