Dear sir, i want to complain against one plus mobile company. First i would say that i had purchased one plus-2 mobile through amazon on 4th jan-2016. Last couples of days, since nov-16, there was mico speaker problem in my mobile so that i had gone 7 times at rajkot service center but they could not solve the problem also they told me that one plus company was not communicating to him so we can not help you even though the mobile was in warranty period. Finally i have sold the mobile. I have seen on google that one plus mobile company is fraud company. I would requesting to you that pleae help.
