i paid for two services in stepahead powered by timesjobs.com first service is job seek and other service is resume zapper.but after paying an amount of Rs3697/- after that they have to appoint relationship officer which have to provide me the job opportunities for 1 month but she keep on making excuses and finally she left and another relationship officer appointed which not even called me.customer care executive even told me to do whatever i want they can't help me.

Today on 27th Jun 2014 at 12:50PM, i got call from [protected] called me said he is calling from Times Job and if i would like to register with them its one time registration of INR 1600/- and i will get calls for job from Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune etc.. I replied as i have not interested in paid service. Then, he replied as "If you are register with us, we will block your CV in all block job portals, then you will not receive any calls from companies". So, Don't believe any paid services like Times Jobs.

Before 1 month I got a call from Timesjob.com StepAhead, they duped me with 1600 rs.To find the best job we trust these peoples and they earned by foolng us.While registering and making payments, they will not disclose that you have to provide further payments, for so many other services...They are not even professionals, if you ask them for the manager, the other colleague or by chnaging the voice and name, they will speak to you..DO NOT PAY TO ANYONE FOR JOB..Timesjob.com Stepahead

Sir, I Kallol Paul had uploaded my resume other details to get a suitable job through timesjobs.com consultancy placement cell online. (TIMESJOBS.COM) On 03/06/2014, one of their representatives called me up to say that if I pay Rs.1600/- towards the company, which is a onetime payment option, I will be assisted to get job offers in good companies whenever there are vacancies known to your company in the field of my relevance & place of my preference. As I was not able to be online on their portal on 03/06/2014, I promised to be online today i.e. 04/06/2014 at 10 A.M.As per schedule the representative called me by the same time and I was assisted by his Senior to fill in the required details and I made my payment through my debit card and my order no is 1465963. My Bank KYC No. shows a transaction of Rs.1600/- towards POS withdrawal TIMES BUS SOL_BD SBIPG IN has been debited from my account. He also said that he is forwarding my resume to one of the companies in Kolkata, of the two choice he gave to me.Till now everything was fine till they started asking me to put in Rs.1600/- more for next services and maybe more which I was not at all interested as I was not informed before about that. The other thing that really took my faith away from their services was that transparency was not maintained from their side. I should have been informed in the first hand that I may have to pay further and other services are also there to get full support from their side. I asked him for some time so that I can consult with my friends & then they called me again and asked if I am ready to pay again, and when refused, started talking rudely giving me suggestion that I won’t be able to do anything in my life and many more petty things and they will do nothing for me after that as Rs.1600/- is taken towards talking to them right through the day. Sir, I am very much pained & disheartened by the behavior of their representative and wonder how you demand Behavioral Assessment of a Candidate when their own staff needs it the most. How such rude and ill mannered people are made to handle Senior Candidates like me. Is this the type of treatment expected from their side? Very Disrespectful & Despicable Attitude. Im sonu in 2011 i got a call from this no (Karan [protected]) he was asking me to pay rs 1350/ for job registration and promised me that timesjob will provide a job of 18 thousand salary but till now no jobs offered by them even no interview, even though they ask me to renew this premium job service again, i'm really frustrated so plz guys don't believe on times jobs they fake and cheating company. Those have been cheated by timesjobs they can take their money back by calling this no [protected], [protected] these no belongs to timesjobs represented.

Guys i am giving u the proof that really i am cheated by this company (Times jobs). So plz be aware of this company.

Order No.- 1365203 I took the Premium Membership of StepAhead ( TimesJobs.Com) after I received a call from one of the Sales Representative of TimesJobs who told me the benefits of the Service as below: 1) TimesJobs will be updating the resume on the weekly basis 2) Timesjobs will be forwarding the profile to all the tier 1 companies. 3) Only Relevant Job offers you will get. I made the payment of 1600 Rs. They just proposed some changes in the resume and I didn't hear anything after that from them. I mean, 1600 Rs payment for just resume font changes? When I called them, they asked me to drop a mail to [protected]@timesgroup.com/ [protected]@timesjobs.com / [protected]@timesjobs.com and assured me that I will get a reply back within 2 days. But again, I didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks. Now, when I call them, they are telling that if you want to avail the complete benefits, you need to take few additional services. Over that, the call centre people ([protected]) are so arrogant that they are again and again putting my call on hold and are using abusive language. I was going through the complaint forums and got to know, this type of fraud, Timesjobs has been doing with almost every other person. A serious action needs to be taken on this. Its really becoming a major issue now.

Even after getting refund initiated mail from stepahead timesjobs.com they haven't refund yet, its being two months now.. below is the mail timesjobs.com sent.. Initially I was adamant to activate this service but I decided to take chance of Rs 500 so finally I activate this service on 10 March 2014. I made a payment through debit card and order no .1358933. After some time one of their representative (name unknown) called me for verification purpose, he called me and said this call is for your verification of activated service. You need to follow the some procedure to generate customer ID and for verification. So he bring me again onto the stepahead service page and forced me to click on combo deal Magic zapper deal worth Rs. 5050 and forced me to do payment on saying that this is just a Demo purpose you need not to pay Rs. 5050, Not a single rupee will be deducted from your account this is my promise we are from timesjobs. He also explained why we do it, another person from account deprt also explained and convinced me to make payment but not your single money will be deducted this is just demo. So I believed on them and clicked on PROCEED TO PAY and made payment. After checking my account i found that amount is deducted from my account. I received email for activation of another combo deal service order no is 1359134. When I called one of them none of their person received call nor called back. This is total case of misleading to job seekers on the name of verification and generation of customer ID. I request you to please cancel my both the orders and i want my refund of money as soon as possible. All Customer executives representatives of timesjobs are cheaters. They cheat people just to achieve their sales targets. They told me that they have so many clients from various fields. And that relationship manager will arrange interviews (which suit my job profile) for me and even give me the details like who is going to interview me and prepare me about the company profile etc. Based on these claims by their representatives I have made payment. After making payment for jobseek services, timesjobs representative Arun (ID: SA8A) told me that education verification services need to be taken for starting up job seek services. When countered that he didn't tell me about spending Rs. 1750 (extra) before, he asked me to speak to his superior named Varun ([protected]) but of no use. He assured me that its worth taking both services and the relation will not end within the time period of 30days and it will be maintained till I get a job of my choice and preference. After his re-assurance that the amount will be refunded if services are not rendered as per my choice and that he has thousands of contacts all throughout the industries; I made payment for education verification services also. The services have not been rendered as informed (before making payment). They have simply sent some vacancies fromtimesjobs.com. These jobs are visible to common public also on timesjobs.com without making any payment. Then what is the purpose of wasting Rs. 2, 750/- on jobseek services. When I contacted them, Ms. Sumiti, relationship manager started telling that the services have been rendered. I informed her “what their representatives have promised me and that I can search jobs for myself through various portals what is the point of wasting Rs. 2, 750/- for searching jobs suiting my profile”. He told me that the services I have taken earlier for Job seek Rs. 2750/- & Education verification Rs. 1, 750/- couldn't not be rendered properly so the amount will be refunded back to me. He told that out of Rs. Rs. 4, 500/- (Rs. 2750/- + Rs. 1750), Rs. 4, 200/- would be refunded and Rs. 300/- will be the service charge. He said that it has a procedure and asked me to login to timesjob website. When I did so, he routed me to SOCIAL PROFILER and told me to click on BUY Rs. 4200/-. I got a doubt seeing that he is asking me to click on BUY button and asked for his name and he told me that he is Aswini. I also asked him if he knows Arun from times job through whom I have taken the above mentioned services. He said that Arun has done some fraud and is terminated from Times job. Hello sir, Myself Satish Sonawane I have complaint against timesjob.com, timesjob collected Rs.3000 on behalf of new job change service chg by way of fraud with me. I have not got benefit of any service and timesjob representative called me on 31.03.2014 told if you not got the service benefit and you want to refund your amount Rs.3000, your amount will be reunded within 48 hrs. but till date i have not received my Rs.3000 So I want to help for refund my Rs. 3000 Thanks & Regards, Satish Sonawane

I have been falsely and fraudulently charged for the below mentioned services. Received a call from Ms. Neetu Singh asking for paying 500 as onetime lifetime fee for profile highlighter, post which the call was transferred to one Mr. Manish who verified details and lured me stating that a combo offer (the below mentioned) is not completely free since I opted for profile highlighter. He assured of these services being completely free and mentioned about the reference number ie. coupon code (order number of profile highlighter) to be used against this order to get this completely free. He also assured in case the.money is.charged, my money would refunded in 5 min of deducted. As soon as I made the transaction the amount got deducted and call was transferred to some Mr. Ashwini and then to Mr. Rahul of accounts department who assured me of the money being refunded. I'm offended by such fraud practice by a reputable company like Timesjobs and would not hesitate to take a legal course of action if my money ie. 500+5050 =5550 total (for order numbers 1399674 and 1399623) is not refunded to me within 24 hrs. On[protected] I received a call from TimesJobs that my resume has been shortlisted for the company 'Havells' and based on which I completed my 1st round interview with Havells over phone(call was arranged by TimesJobs representative). On[protected] I received a call from TimesJobs that I need to mandatorily purchase some services from TimesJobs on the basis of which my application along with all the joining formalities with Havells will be processed by TimesJobs. Regretfully TimesJobs representative somehow managed to convince me to purchase Behavioral Assessment services viz 1. Career Option Report, 2. Career Development Report and 3. Greatest Strength Report from TimesJobs StepAhead in exchange of Rs.5, 200/-(Five Thousand Two Hundred Only)[Order No.1288974]. Later when I inquired about it with TimesJobs they said no such recruiting arrangement exists with Havells. I strongly believe I have been intentionally misguided by TimesJobs representative (Representative Code: SA7B) who convinced me to avail these services and made fake commitments on behalf of Timesjobs. Please note that verification for the corresponding order has failed and the same has been cancelled. I have received emails from Timesjobs that the services has been cancelled and refund process has been initiated. Cancellation Sub-order nos 1. 456181(Career Option Report), 2. 456182 (Career Development Report), 3. 456183 (Greatest Strength Report). Till[protected]more than 30 days from[protected]date of order cancellation) I have not received any refund. I have tried to contact timesjob on the corresponding issue but they don't respond to emails and they don't offer help for refund related issues over phone[protected] either. Online chat service only promises to forward my case to concerned authorities with no result so far.

This is a company which is an expert in talking the customer into paying money for various services promised by them. Tall claims but zero result. I had paid Rs 2100 for updation of my resume and other services almost a month back.out of this Rs 1600 was to be paid only once in a lifetime but to my horror at every stage they keep ringing me up for more and more money. Their output is a big zero. When confronted with the tall promises made they snap the Telephone line. They claim to be a company of repute but have done nothing else but cheating in the last two months. Since I have not got a paisa worth of service, I asked them to return my money which they refuse. I feel that this company is the biggest scandal going around.

i received call from timesjobs.com on 24th Feb, 2014. he told me for active timesjobs.com services for only 500 rupees. In this services i received call for interview within 10 to 15 days from company and i active service by online payment(debit card).when i make online payment for active service of 500 rupees the transaction is done of amount 1600 rupees.i told the supervisor at that time (supervisor is on call with me during transaction) for that but he told me you only pay 500 rupees it is happen due to system error don't worry for it.and i not received 1100 rupees back.after two days i received call on 26th Feb, 2014 the supervisor told me that in 500 rupees services only they circulate your resume not guaranty for interview.so the supervisor give me wrong information of service charges & wrong commitment for active service. i have recording of this conversation and the recording of conversation with customer care for complaint this matter.

Timesjobs running a fake job providing portal I was received a call by the sales representative of timesjobs.com regarding urgent vacancies in the MNC's.they told me the few companies names where urgent requirement relevant to my profile then he said, you need to buy resume zapper service offered by timesjobs then your resume will send to these companies and other 1200 timesjobs bounded consultants in india & abroad.After I started the registration for resume zapper service on timesjobs website and this service price is near about Rs. 3000 /- .When i paid Rs. 3000 /- online then it asks for additional required educational certificates verification service by timesjobs, its price is Rs. 1200 /- and it is necessary to take the educational certificate verification service otherwise it does not process to next step of registration and my Rs. 3000 /- which i paid before for resume zapper service got wasted then i paid the Rs. 1200 /- also and take both the services .But after that time i never received the call from the timesjobs representative regarding vacancies in those companies which he told to me and nor in any company and I write the mail many times to customercare email id of timesjobs.com but i did not get any positive response from timesjobs .Today 3 years had gone but i did not get single job information by timesjobs then i want to know from timesjobs what is the benefits of paid members and he truly forwarded my resume to 1200 consultant then i did not get single job information from by them. Today dated 23.02.2014 one of sales representative of timesjobs called me and once again try to make me fool for taking services and when i told to him same above detail then he said to me your money Rs. 4200 /- will get back within 24 hrs simply you need to come online and follow few steps.Then i came online followed the steps which he told to me by telephonic and i found he try to make me fool once again pay the Rs. 4200 /- by my account.Today this is good for me my account have not sufficient balance otherwise again Rs. 4200 /- deducted in place of getting back. So, Timesjobs running a fake services and its sales representative try to make the fool to peoples by telephonic calls and his aim is take the money from the customer by making fraud and not to provide the services. I have paid Rs.800 for the Zapper resume service in timesjobs.com. Their executive Ajay Yadav has called me and explained about their service. On the time of payment they told me that the amount Rs.800 and for that they will send my resume to consultants who are ti-up with them. After paying Rs. 800 he is asking me to register for others services and asked me to pay Rs. 3600. So then i asked why you didn't informed me before and why you are telling now. He has no answer for that and again he is asking me to pay another Rs.3600. I didn't agree for that payment. It is clearly showing that the timesjobs.com people are playing with our money and i am requesting you to take immediate action on them. If this continues many will suffer like me. It is absolute cheating.

I have purchase a magic resume service by paying 2600Rs. from Times jobs on 16 Jan 2013and after they allocated the service to resume writer they informed me that i need to pay more for the service, and provided an account number to transfer the money. and they were not ready to give the service i paid for and told me that unless i pay more they won't provide any service. When i transferred the money through NEFT it bounced back and since then i am communicating them and they dint respond at all. i am looking for a refund of my money as they didn't provide any service, what is the possible way to get back my money.
