5 months ago I purchased an open box product HTC desire 816 dual sim phone 8gb it has malfunctioned 2 times, at the first time it got replaced, but in the second time, the display is gone, and it's been almost a month since I registered the complain, but nobody came to take my phone to have it repaired. I am really upset with this, I have other things to do other than calling customer support everyday, to get lame answers everyday and same false assurance that the product will be taken soon. I won't say please, because it's your job, and it's the last time I'm complaining in your site, because next time I would go to consumer forum.
