      Dear sir i am a poor disable person having udid no od[protected]*91 brought a refurbished mobile from online shopping site "togofogo" having order number to[protected] but i received a defective one when immediately i call the customer care they told me to charge for 8 hours i just charge accordingly but it is a totally defective one then after calling them several times they promised me that they will arrange a reverse pickup and replace the mobile but it is already more than 5 days neither they are responding the mail nor the call please help me.

        I have ordered NOKIA 5800 Express Music but I don't know if they knowingly or unknowingly send me a different model which is NOKIA 5230 that too I did PRE-PAID booking also the product is not good condition the power switch is not working and volume key also not working no cleaned properly.

        This is my request you to help me out and replace my product with correct product in good condition as soon as possible. Instead of NOKIA 5230 Model send me NOKIA 5800 Express music model with good condition.

              I Mietesh Shah have ordered quantity of 2 HBQ i7 single Bluetooth headset (combo of two) from your company . I just have recieved the order on date (15th july 2018) . But the product is improper as it has difeerent colour inside and i wanted both of them as white so I want a refund of my product as i m not at all satisfied from your product .                         I have found togofogo.com through an fb advertisement recently. Their post was on a gopro hd camera which was costing rs.1399.
                        I just went through their website where the 4k g0-pro was put for sale at the same cost. They were claiming it was 4k, has touch screen, water-proof casing, iso 2000 etc...
                        Impressing their advertisement, i have placed the order for this camera on 31-january-2018 and reached their packet on 8th february.
                        I was ashamed and cursed myself being a fool to believe this at the cost of rs.1399. As feared, they really bluffed me too with a chinese product which is giving a toy-camera-like images and movies. It neither records on 4k nor on even hd!
                        *there was no touch screen!
                        *1399 is a trap, you need to pay extra on account of delivery charges
                        *best quality movie mode itself is just vga quality and that too in 15fps. So you get jerky videos
                        *claims it has the sensitivity range up to iso2000. Funny thing is its maximum resolution; it’s 640x480 dpi…!!!

                          Faulty phone under certified tag
                          I bought a phone moto x play and after using it for one week the real problems touch and ghost touch were visible and extremly irritating.
                          When call the company they said they should be informed with 3 days of purchase and this software problem popped up late and its a faulty product when asked about seller information they denied to give and they denied to forward call to their manager also.
                          I took a warranty policy to which they are asking to contact. If i didnt take a warranty policy and if 3 days pass after buying, it i would be responsible for all the phone problems as per conpany rukes. But how can they send a faulty product with a certified as a name??? Kindly replace the phone or refund.

                            Hi recently i brought refurbished mobile samsung guru music 2 in togofogo website. Ofter receiving that mobile i got to know that mobile is not orginal mobile it's clone mobile and given battery also not orginal battery. Battery and phone both are duplicate mobiles. They didn't provide any ear phones. I try to call seller and togofogo customer care number but both numbers are not working. I send three mails to the togofogo website but no reply from the helping team. Its been more than 10days. My order number is to[protected] and sub-order no: to[protected]-698511. Please help me to return my mobile and replace with orginal mobile or return my cash. Please look into this issue.

                              I have purchased two mobiles. Nokia c5-03 black of order no. To[protected]; and nokia 5233 order no. To[protected], which are of the cost 1281;1271 respectively. They are worst​in quality. I just want to return them immediately bcoz it's a big loss for me. I got it just before 2 days but can't find a way to return them.                                     Guys never buy any products from togofogo i had purchased a basic handset mobile it's nokia c5 along with that they offered another basic set and took 1750rs. After getting delivered i never seen such a worst package and inside the box i got non-working condition mobile and local handset it's not original too, and they didn't provided any thing except charger it is also local charger after calling to there customer they're telling will not refund your money will only replace itseems after seeing such worst phone does anyone would like buy for replacement. So i want raise complaint against that fraud company it's only local online shop cheating people's by delivering defected products once if you pay the money you'll never get back or refunded so plz folks becarefull before you buy in this online shop its scrap company instead of cheating like that begging is better work for them. Consumer court or ploice men or any authorization should take action against that company to be should shut off and save people's get cheated. Product i'd to[protected]

                                      I ordered a nokia e63 from togofogo but the phone has fully local body, local battery, the screen of the phone coming out from it, the phone fitting was very poor therefore i replace the mobile and after some they gave me another mobile having same very bad condition, i dont know in what language the mobile was set and language cant be converted to english or hindi therefore i place a complaint regarding the mobile and a corriur man came and take the mobile with him and now condition is that... The call was not received by the togofogo helpline. There is no response from togofogo about returning the money.
