Dear Sir,
i have received one consignmen vide order no-TO[protected] on dt 03.08.2016 .after open the seal we found the mobile has not charging & screen was blinking at this time now mobile is not switched on.

So, kindly slove this problem at your end, this issue also complained before 24hrs but no one can reply this.

after 5 days passed away nobody answer this complain .Now my mobile not working last 4 days.

Billing amount rs.5295/- that mobile very old mfg year 2012 and damaged any function not working. That mobile abrod mobile not imei number. If you return money immediate and take the mobile. More then time i compliant with company and upr ecommerce but still you have never action today i;m going to consumer court. Every day my money lost. Any individual person complaints that not responding in supply companies and never action in government authorities.

I'm already complaint regarding, i'm purchase one samsung galaxy mini gt 18190 in togofogo.com order no.[protected] and i received the mobile. That mobile very old mfg year 2012 and damaged any function not working. That mobile abrod mobile not imei number. You have already registered that compliant then togofogo company person contact me. That person told me i'm return that mobile only the bill value only refunded to you. (Complaint day only that person contact me in one time only talking with me) sir i'm request please action in my complaint and refund my amount with claim amount also. Because everyday my cash lose in this regarding. Kindly take the action immediately on this company is my request.

Purchase bill amount rs.5295/- and i have claim for mentally stress for me from received mobile to still.

Togofogo.com is an online marketplace for selling and buying. I buy a phone, model no is karbonn titanium s5 white order no is :to[protected]-51047 but they delivered karbonn a51 model. So i return this product through indian post and tracking no: ew[protected]in, and item was delivered correctly in 22.06.2016 at 15:37:00 in the following address aforeserve pvt. Ltd. 135/1, unit - “2”

But the authority of this online retailer company told me that they have receive no item from indian post so they unable to refund or replace my buy product but indian post authority told me that they delivered this item correctly. Maine togofogo.com is online website se samsung mobile perches kiya tha but use mobile main mujhe "safe mode" ka problem aa raha hai maine togofogo ko feedback kiya but koi reply nahi aaya aur samsung service center main bhi gaya unhone kaha ye mobile out off warranty hai jab ki maine togofogo ko 1year warranty ka paid kiya hai warrantybazar.com se warranty bhi mili hai aur un ka bhi phone nahi lag raha

So I return that on 18/05/2016 and ask for my refund but till now they don’t give my money back. Hi i have purchase online used phone with 1 year warrantee from togofogo company, but when i received this mobile it was defective and i already drop mail to togofogo customer support but no one arranged pickup for that mobile,
i request you please take action to this company.

I purchase a mobile phone a & k a3 blue and black gsm whose order id to[protected]-11896 on 27jan 16. But the phone is not working at the time of delivery. I have also complaint about it. Company say that we will reverse pickup it soon. After 20 days again say that the reverse facility are not available. After say you can submit your phone at our office. But they don't collect and said we will not accept it. Please take suitable action against the company togofogo.com.
