    ORDER No :TO[protected]. this is a product of BLU win HD mobile i have used SBI debit card to may my order amount of rs 3150. this product have been returned due to some problems.bit on your side the refund also prossed on 25th dec 2016 they are telling but still not in my given bank account the amount credited. I HAVE SHARED MY PASS BOOK ENTERY TILL 30 DEC 2016. KINDLY TAKE ACTION. how long i show wait for this i showed clearly which mode i used to pay for this order i have shown in my pass book entery but your always telling paytm wallet i used. see on 9.12.2016 coorect the bank has memtioned i paid s.3150 to your following traction site to make order. i need in my bank only. today i need my refund.its your work you contact anyone whoever you need i my side i have all proper evidnce and clear statement. but still now no refund was not given please dont test my passion. there is limit.

So I return or replacement and ask for my refund but till now they don’t give my money back.             Dear Sir,

            Refer my Order No:TO[protected], Product: NOKIA 225 Black, I had received Mobile phone against this order No, but after receipt of the same it had problem, spark in mobile, this was communicated to you and accordingly same was replaced, Now to my surprise the defect has not been resolved and is forwarded as it is.

            Iam very disappointed with the service provided by TOGOFOGO, and hence I have decided not to place any future orders.

            Now I dont need the replacement of this mobile, kindly arrange to refund my full amount without any further delay.

            Hope proper action will be taken & Resolved.

                I bought Samsung Guru phone from Togofogo.com and got the defective and wrong product. I ordered dual sim Samsung guru it cost was 999 inr but they send me the Signal sim phone and when I opened it phone was not turn on. I contacted to customer service by phone they ask me to send a email with the screenshot. It have done. I really sad with the order and it was my very bad experience. Let me see what the service they will provide me with the refund. Please be careful to purchase the product from Togofogo.com. very bad

                  The above product has given advertisement on facebook, since it was attractive price i have bought this.

                  Reverse pickup has done by bluedart courier but about this there is no information with togofogo and i am following up with this since 20 days. No proper response.

                        I was purchase Sony xperia z1 black mobile from this website on 27/07/16. They supplied damage mobile from backside. I complained same day then they have reverse pickup the mobile on 16/08/16 and again delivered the same mobile on 26/08/16. I again complained by mail to them. At that time they were accepted that they are got the complain. Now today they are telling that they can't do any thing because you are not complaint within three day but I complaint on same day. If on mail they are not get cleared image of mobile then why not they inform me by mail.

                            I bought one mi4 32gb mobile on aug-3 of 2016. It was not properly worked. So i return the product for replacement in aug3-2016. Still im not received the product, every day i call to togofogo, that employees also say different different reason. Iam highly wored about that. Still date 3 are 4 times called that customer care.
