Bill was reducing day by day, nowadays it was 4570 .
Last two months it was reducing.
Please come and check your meter.
My bill was coming 900 or 1000 and from last 2 months it was above 4500 .
It was embarrassing for us .
I am requesting you please come and check your meter.

Increasing time by 20 minutes not providing the exact time now they are saying wait for 4 hour already waited for 3:30 hours very unsatisfying they don’t even produce electricity they buy from uppcl still can’t even manage the service, don’t know what kind of server they use call them 20 times they are busy didn’t understand that how the toll free no gets busy

My reading of meter is running fastly from previous few months. My electricity consumed is not much .
Due to this the amount is more on the bill. Please look at this complaint...

From yesterday 11am our power supply is shut down and have raised complaint on 9pm but still no one came for resolving.

We are spending bill on monthly basis then why so much delay for resolving, we are experiencing bad experience with torrent power....

We have not getting relief from your RTA Link lntime India p. Ltd. They are calling new new things for the last 5 minths, but returning the copies of documents like KYC, ID Proof, PAN without assigning any reason for non accepting the forms.
Our reply to their last letter is attached for your perusal and guidance.

I have during Jan., 22 taken up with the company regarding non receipt of new share certificate issued in lieu of my share certificate 00009378 .This we came to know when we entrust this share certificate for demat after opening a new demat account.

As advised by the company we have taken up with you during Jan., 22 .You have then directed to submit certain forms as per SEBI norms.We have submitted the documents as advised, but you return all the documents with certain new forms like ISR I, ISR 2, ISR4,
and also asked to submit pass sheet of demat account issued by CDS.

We have submitted all the above documents, but now vide your letter dated 23, 05, 22 quite uncermoniousely return again all the documents without mentioning the acceptability of all the forms and other documents.After six-month you are asking for certain other documents like FIR of police complaint lodged, indemnity bond on Rs.500) or 300/, affadavit duly notarised, , form 16 of sureties, news paper publication and all other forms submitted with our earlier letter.

Here, we are of the feel that you are not in assisting the aggrieved but harassing seniir citizens like us.On each return of documents you are asking to submit new things.We are not required duplicate share but requested for making arrangement for crediting to our demat account. We are now holding this share only.
For disposal of this share we have opened joint demat account, for medical treatment of second holder. Now his surgery is over and on rest. We are actually handicapped due to sickness. So may require more than 60 days to submit the details now called for.

As informed earlier the the new share certicate 7555 stated to have send to us not reached our possession. For filing FIR with police station we need the date of sending the certicate by the Company or its authorused agents and registration no. The police station never accept FIR with vague details.
Regarding local news paper publication at Ahmedabad, if you can assist, (we shall send the cost ) we are obliged.
The first holder is not having any income and form 16.During my service time l purchased Ahmedabad Electricity (former name of Torrent) with first name as my wife to save IT of second holder. Whether second holders surety would suffice.

We are sure the shares referred in our name is in the books the company (We got dividend warrant recently). We are prepared to publish in local news paper at Ahmedabad, and can give indeminity for the market value of shares for making arrangement for demating the shares in our Demat account. We request you to take up the issue with company and settle the matter at the earliest on this terms.We shall also take up with the grievance cell of the Company for assistance.

Old meter is running fast
Request for new meter.
Last 6 months high electric bill is charged,
My consumption & appliance remains same

Why consumer had to pay for meter testing.
Why 3 party is not available for meter testing.

On Torrent website complent is logo, call received but not actions taken. Just requesting to visit office, which is painfull to waste atleast 2 to 3 hrs in queue.

Customer number[protected] our bill was too high we have doubt on last reading of power consumption 1090. This is not possible is our flat using our power in some other connection or torrent device is fault whatever. Kindly resolve this false unit for having high bill

Sir ye dues wo nikal hamne light use hi nhi ki aur dusri baat torrent power agra mein 2010 mein aai thi lekin hamare area mein torrent ne connection 2017 mein diye aur bole ki apse apke purana bill ki mang nhi ki jayegi aur agar apko new connection chahiye to hum apko aadhar card par hi new connection de denge aur torrent power ne hame likhkar diya tha jo mein attachment mein laga raha hu. I am the the consumer of torrent power ltd wide connection no.[protected]. my meter box MCB is not working properly it trip all the day. i had requested to them but they denied for the change the MCB. I don`t understand that what should i do. every one is suffering from hot whether at my home.

Hello I am suffering from electricity outage. It is 6:30 am i am not able to sleep and my clidren are also not able to sleep due to this cut out please solve the problem.

Why Torrwnt Power is charging almost 9000/- rupees for New reconnection of single phased metre in Bhiwandi.
Already have all connection requirement needed.Only new metre need to be connected again and I have to pay 9000/- rupees.Why????

Torrent power cut the power atleast for 5 hours and doesn't ready to solve the issue and gave me a bill of 4000.

My name is Vinod form Dayal Bagh Agra, I would like to inform you, electricity theft in Nagla Padi Agra.
Mr Mohan Singh aka Papu Kushwah residence of (33/338B/14 near kali mandir nagla Padi Agra
Pin Code 282005) is stealing electricity since many years.
He has one electricity connection but he has use electricity in two house & he has theft electricity from Kali temple since many years.
If you have to catch electricity theft so please check at late night. Please stop this electricity theft.

Hello bhadwelog this side frustrated aamadmi. Bhosdike what is happening no light daily powercut in morning why madarchodh why. All the gandus reading my complaint shot your bhadwa giri and dont do cutoff in the morning.

In covid pendamic last 2 yr Galla was close but meter light bill came against ur which not acceptable as point of close galaa.
Please be check and Resolve the issue of the meter reading or bill payment .
