Meter reading is running very fast, i was not there at home for 1 and half days, before 1 and half day[protected] in the morning meter reading was 744 but i came to home[protected] at night 10 PM, meter reading wen to 754 even all the units were switched of except refrigerator, I got shocked about this. before were MSEDCL there were we have not faced such kind of issue. please look into it on priority. we are using only 2 to 3 units (1 Fan, refrigerator & 2 led bubs if not required we switch off the units) this kindly of issue we were not faced.

I was making a payment of 6778.88 RS to torrent power through Bill Desk payment gateway on (Aug 10, 2022) but the transaction failed. Amount has been debited from my kotak bank account but not credited to my torrent account.

Today I have received a msg on my whatsapp from unknown number stating

"Dear Customer Your Electricity power will be disconnected. Tonight at 9.30 pm from electricity office. because your previous month bill was not update. Please immediately contact with our electricity officer [protected] Thank you."

This message was received from [protected].

I know this is a fraud message and hence I am putting...

Hi there, i have called and inform torrent executive that there is no power at my home.. and than rain start and they said let rain stop than we ll come .
but when we try to call them they put call on hold ..

my mom and dad aged and they hv health issue too...

humbly requesting to please fix this urgently.. and no raining here

We recieved our Electricity for the month of July 2022 but is way more than our usual monthly bill of 200 to 250 Rs.
It came as 680 Rs. and for the same month we have used only only 1 bulb and 1 fan for approximately 20 to 25 days for 12 hrs daily.
Kindly look into this matter as this seems to be a mistake.

I have pay the bill of June 19 July 2022 In online mode by pay u money site and it shows successful with the payment ID[protected] order amount 3640 merchant order ID[protected] but it not reflect in my account after this I have check whether the amount is paid or not but google pay shows not paid then i have paid by goole pay and it was successful but cash is debited twice please return my cash as soon as possible

Useless team and support, called around 10 times since 6 pm yesterday. Everyone has an air of their own. Service number[protected]

"No power" due to rain & cable fault is not new to the company BUT IT IS NEW TO THE CONSUMER. POWER MAY BE OWNED BY THE COMPANY BUT IT IS constitutional & essential right of a consumer. It should be honest duty of the company to comply with the complaints irrespective of load of "COMPLAINTS". OUTSOURCING THE COMPLAINTS WITHOUT FOLLOWUP BY THE STAFF & TO SEE IN HOW much TIME a complaint is resolved is "NO CONSUMER CARE". THE STAFF IS NO RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW MANY PROBLEMS & DIFFICULTIES ARISE OVER & ABOVE UNPEACEFUL SLEEP JUST BECAUSE OF "NO POWER", THAT TOO WHEN POWER IS NOT RESTORED FROM HOURS TO DAYS. IT IS SHEER CONSERVATIVE CONSUMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT.

But my meter is yet not installed.

Torrent Power Ltd., Bhiwandi installed an MSP and other cables in our premises without our permission, and now they want to shifting charges when we request that they be removed from our premises.

Meter hang out of box. Torrent staff changed meter box fitting without permission dated 24th June, and now due to rain, water going into meter box. I did more than 7 complaints and spoke to customer care many times. I send mail dated 2nd July with photos. Nobody from support staff communicated to me with any resolution. Field staff not concern about customer query, neither customer care executives.

Hello sir mere meter me jo phase aata hai wo bht din se hame takleef de rh hai har dusre din rt ko wo phase se power cut ho jati hai me torrent power customer care pr phase change krne ke liye complaint aur request krta hu but wo ye bolkr mana krdete hai ki torrent power me phase change krne ka koi prosess nhi hai aapse nivedan hai kripya torrent power se hmara meter ka connection dusre phase me krwa dijiye kyuki hmare naver ki aas pass ki light aati hai aur hmari light cut ho jati hai wo bhi rt ko jadatr

If you call the company's call center, then there is no response, the company only takes money, the service is even better than the third class, the power banks of this good mobile run.

The company's work is very poor, the company takes the bill on time but the service is the worst and call them, their team is working, only this answer comes but nothing happens, the company's bill comes 1000rs but it gives current The rest of his team is just 500rs.please do it service ASAP .

Since last two months meter is running very fast even if all the loads and Kit Kat are off . I had also applied for meter testing on 11.06.2022 invoice no : [protected]. and paid meter testing fees of Rs. 50. Torrent power employee came to promises and said there is earthing in your flat and current is leaking . so meter is running fast. He gave his report. After that I called three different electrcian in last one month. Everyone is saying that there no fault inside flat and no signs of any kind of leakage . Even I have checked many times. When I trip down all Kit Kats in MCB .even then calibration light of meter blinks so fast as someone is using AC . I am using only one fan for approximate 12 hrs and 1 refrigerator of small size is running for full day. My consumption should not be more than 5 units on that load. But presently approx 12 -15 units are getting consumed. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest

Dear sir/madam, i want to raise a complain regarding higher electricity bill for the month of june.
Normally, my elelctricity expenses ranges between rs[protected].
But the recent bill i.E. June 2022 has came of rs 2576.49 as you can see in the copy attached.
It's my kind request to have a look upon my issue and take action soonest possible.

This is to bring into your kind notice that i have registered multiple complaints regarding fluctuation in voltage ([protected], [protected] and many more) it's been already more then 45 days and it has not been acknowledged yet.

I am Sumit Kukreja resident of Kamla Nagar, Agra. Its been a month since i am complaining on torrent power's app and customer care number to resolve the issue of voltage fluctuations everytime there team members call usually at midnight around 2 am when its impossible to attend them, and when they call in morning they always make excuses for shortage of team to attend the problem and 2 times they came at our residence but the problem remain unsolved as after hearing about the problem they say that we does not have the required approvals and authority to approve such type of problems. I am fed up with there service and calling them and complaining on there app again and again. Thats why i have raised a complaint here to sort some solution. I hope this complaint will do some help.

Bill was reducing day by day, nowadays it was 4570 .
Last two months it was reducing.
Please come and check your meter.
My bill was coming 900 or 1000 and from last 2 months it was above 4500 .
It was embarrassing for us .
I am requesting you please come and check your meter.
