Not installing meter for Solar Power since long

I Harish G. Shah have installed Solar panels at my resident 15, Swagat Bunglows2, Motera long back. All the relevant documents have been submitted to the torrent office on[protected]. As per the norms of torrent power ltd. it was informed that within 15 to 20 days the meter will be installed. 28 days have been passed but till date no solar meter has been installed. So many times personally inquired at torrent every time received same answer...

overcharged electricity bill

We have received an overcharged electricity bill for the month of march, april & may 2020 during the lockdown.

Our past history shows the consumption track... Lockdown doesnt give us the opportunity to install 5 or 6 airconditioners or other appliances as it was lockdown:)*irony*... Then can torrent power explain me that if i didnt bought or installed any appliances how come we are using these much units of electricity. br...

Billing very much high

Due to lock down the apartment was closed for more than 2 months and there was no use of electricity even though i have received last bill dated 25th april 2020 amounting to rs.1200/-. The meter reading is also 2435 units.

For the month of march the bill was for rs.60/- only. Please verify and let me know why the bill is so high.

Bill amount is more than used.

In current bill of May-2020 showing bill of 91 days and also showing last which I had paid on insta pay desk last on 15/05/2020 Rs. 240 and also showing last units of Feb month in current bill of may-2020 wrongly. My electricity service has been disconnected today. I had paid my previous dues on 21/06/2018 thru netbanking from my bank app baroda connect.. But after calling on helpline they are saying tht.. We had not recvd. Pls solve my prob.in my baroda connect app its shows the success of my bill payment.. I have proof also.. But they are saying tht at connect.
