Toyota — amana toyota (calicut)

I have taken an used innova car (Kl11 ax 3547) through amanna toyota u trust. Toyota u trust has certified the quality of the car and based on that i have purchased the car. Next day i had a pooja and after that car didn’t start. My driver pushed the car and got it started and he bought the car to bangalore

After two weeks i was having a client meeting and my car didn’t get start and i called the toyota mobile car service division and they came and told battery has gone bad and you need to change the battery

I called the toyota u trust calicut and spoke to the u trust manager mr rinesh and asked how it happened within 2 weeks and the reply was like glorifying their service and usual kind of escapist mentality.

I would like to intimate the toyota kirloskar company to take this issue seriously and come back to me. While giving the agencies try to find more responsible organizations. It’s my money which got wasted. This is not acceptable for me and i will do my best and file the complain in consumer protection court if i don’t get an answer from your side
