Ref. Reg no. AP21 AH 7878 Toyota Etios Vx Model 2011. Done 39150 km. Coming from defence services, took this car to Shillong in May 2016 when it had done only 25000km.
Lack of professional skills coupled with apparent lack of facility, made me do numerous rounds time and again for silly complaints. Nail on the coffin was when I spent over ₹. 60000/-from Aug to Dec 17 and now in May 18 when the car is brought to Bangalore, Ravindu Toyota ISCON service Center, I learn that AC condenser and associated pipeline was not repaired besides the hood assembly ( bonnet)is not aligned, calling for expenditure of 35000/-. Total expenses on maintenance from May 16 to May 18 is 1.25 lakh approx. Details can validated from the service Centers.

No action has been initiated by Toyota India. It’s been almost five months and the company is sitting quiet and tight. Request suggest further course of action.

    I have Etios Liva car no PB-10-DV-6364 model 2012 . I have visit to toyota service center Bhanohar, Ludhiana on[protected] for AC service after AC service my dash box fitting was not proper, car strero and charger point was disconnecting reguraly . I have file the complaint on telephone to the dealer. After that I have visit the concerned dealer for service of my car on[protected] and noted my complaint to the service adviser. After service he informed me that the problem has been solved. But I am sorry to say that my strero and charger point still giving problem. Sir in market AC service charges is RS. 2500/- but I have paid 6000/- for AC service for company only for best service and accurate fitting. I am sorry to say I am facing problem for bad fitting.

      About 19000 kms in December 2017 in Mumbai on Thane to Sakinaka road, suddenly the rear right tyre went flat. I changed with the spare wheel and took car same day evening to my regular Tyre guy. The tyre was reportedly burst with side cut. So no option but to buy the new one. Till then I wasn't aware of this issue with 215/55 R17 wheels and tyres. May 5th 2018 morning while going to office I noticed front left tyre was flat. Again changed with spare wheel and took the car to my same tyre guy. BTW I know this guy for 12+ years. This time again he noticed same cut and tyre beyond repair. When I searched a bit I came across many complaints of same nature. I was so frustrated and also frightened with the imagination that what is that would have happened on highway at high speed? Very scary. So logged complained with Toyota and not dealer. 10 days and neither dealership not Toyota is bothered to attend or even accept that there is issue with these tyres. I took the complaint number and dropped the car to dealership and now they are investigating. First they should have recalled the car and should have given free replacement knowing the life hazard. They didn't do it and now also delaying to attend the same. Very poor service by Toyota India.

        Hi,

        I have given my Toyota Innova vehicle for the 40K service and while servicing/Washing they did a major damage in the rear right side of the vehicle. And they are telling we will get it repair of that by tinkering that part.

        I would like to get the replacement of the body or I want the claim for the damage.

          Sir, me nd my family nd chindrens have travelling on delhi nation highway with my new 1 month old innova crysta car before 4 day ago incidently 1 car is overtake me nd 1 man says from diffrent car your rear tyre is vibrate badly.. Thn i've saw my tyre took after parking at side.. Nd think tyre would be loose or tight.. But they have jammed.. Means nuts are chocked.. I stopped same location with car.. Nd calling to rsa nd says plz 1 cren nd 1 taxi arrange for us.. They help me after 2.30 hrs my car on tht cren also have brust his own tyre on highway aftr 2 hrs 2nd tyre is came nd aftrer chnge we hve go.. Taxi came aftr 5 hrs aftr cll.. Now he v reached at espirit toyota greater noida at 5:30 some tachniciain have gone nd some are stayed thier we hve requested to manager sir we are so long from from his home town approx 250km so plz repair arrgenlty.. They chnge 4 nut nd 4 stud with cash nd they says u can chnge tha steel gril in near toyota in warranty they will chnge.. Now next day agency close which near by me.. Secomd day i've gone.. Nd they treated m rubbishly.. 2, 3peoples come nd says diffent diffent thing.. They say your car can't repair at this dealer.. U can only repair at espirit toyota which is 200km far from mascot toyota.. They are standing his hands nd says we don't repair this.. Sir there i had 6 hrs from 11 am to 5 pm.. But they hve not me statisfied.. My car dont have ruuning on safe condition.. Sir i hve disturbed from mascot toyota aligarh dealers.. They haven't coprate me.. Sir toyota is same for every customer at ever palace.. Sir i've already 8 mahindra's scorpio car.. 1st time i've purchased this car.. They treat me as badly.. There no one listen my problem thts i've what type of problem with my life with my car.. Sir there have tear of drop in my eyes with see there behaviour.. Mascot toyota aligarh is so disgusting dealers..

            I am purchasing my fortune car in 6 mach 2018 and after one month a go then i am going home to lucknow then car was stop automatically and not starting then i will cal toyota roadside assistance and go to service center and dealer say if is not my fault part was out of warranty and saying to time delay one weak a go but car was is not ready and say deposit the payment amount is 58000 rupees.

              Sir on dated 11/05/2018 at 5.53 pm my car stopped on road in bareilly city near bareilly college opposite m/s dhawal homoeo hall bareilly. I call to m/s commercial toyota bareilly and talk to mr suneel mob no [protected]. I told him my problem my car is stope suddenly on road and consuming more engine oil aprrox 1lit.in 7000 km.
              Sir in this matter company is full responsibil for my business loss due to non compliance of services of my client.

                I am writing to you to bring to your kind notice the manufacturing defect and the risks associated with the toyota innova crysta 2.8 zx purchased by me in feb 2017 from shinrai toyota, mumbai, india. The vehicle has seen 22, 000kms. This defect came to light while i was travelling from pune to nanded on 10th april 2018 and was 40 kms away from the destination. The vehicle was at the speed of 80kms per hour on an national highway when i experienced a light turbulence followed by an unusual sound. On inspecting it, we realised that the rear tyre experienced a burst. Fortunately, there were no other vehicles behind or in front of our vehicle and thus avoided any other mishap however the front bumper was also hit.

                On further looking into the reason of the burst, we realized these tyres are not competent for use by innova crysta as it requires thicker side wall of 6" which is incorporated in your manual transmission model. Apart from the tyre that burst, there was another tyre which had bubbles in it past two days.

                The reason behind purchasing an innova toyota crysta is the trust and reliability on the company for sturdy efficient cars. Is the company so careless and irresponsible that it uses tyre incompatible with its cars and takes risk with the life of its patrons. There have been complaints from many about the same issue and still the company has not responded on the same. My vehicle is lying at sharayu toyota, pune, india since 10 days now and nobody is ready to own up and claim responsibility. Why should a common man such as myself have to face this kind of harassment despite being no fault of his. This has hindered by day to day routine and iam forced to spend all day speaking to people who only play blame game. Is this the stand that toyota as a company where 13, 400 cars are manufactured every day takes? The amount that customer pays should atleast be worth the asset he intends to purchase. It is ten days now and the most efficient company in world is yet to reply to a customer on the concern raised.

                I am looking out for all tyres and drum change as per safety standards.

                  I have taken an used innova car (Kl11 ax 3547) through amanna toyota u trust. Toyota u trust has certified the quality of the car and based on that i have purchased the car. Next day i had a pooja and after that car didn’t start. My driver pushed the car and got it started and he bought the car to bangalore

                  After two weeks i was having a client meeting and my car didn’t get start and i called the toyota mobile car service...

                  This is with regards to my vehicle regd no:- dl10cj1498. Its not been a year and i had made numeous complaints regarding uncontrollable shaking and wobbling of steering wheel while applying brakes at a speed above 100-120kms/hr. (Records can be verified)

                  On the first complaint i was told its an alignment issue and we have rectified it.

                  Second time i was told we need to skim the disks but same problem persisted.

                  Third time they had to change the entire braking system which was not a smooth affair as i had to visit your service center several times and sit there for long hours just to get the work done.

                  Fourth time the service team played smart they did something with the braking system probably skimmed the disks again without informing me or taking my consent and took me for a test drive, obviously it was better.

                  And now within few months the same issue is still there. Probably it never was corrected as this issue occurs only at a speed of 100 and above and in a test drive in delhi we cannot drive that fast.

                  In the latest complaint (25april) a technician was sent to my house for test drive, when i showed him the videos (Which are attached below), he called up mr. Guneet and i shared the same videos with him.

                  Since then i have been constantly asking him to get my issue resolved but he doesn't replies to any of my text messages or calls. (Photo attached).

                  I bought this car primarily to use it on highways and whenever i use it its a nightmare. I am constantly worried what if the braking system fails and i end up in a disastrous accident.

                  Kindly discuss the further course of action as skimming and changing of entire braking system is already done and i am not at all interested in following up the same process again.

                  Hoping for a quick response and justified resolution.

                      I m your old customer since last 8 years. I have used innova v mh41 c 7635 model for almost 1lac kilometers. I was satisfied with that. After you launched innova crysta i purchased it but i m not at all satisfied with your service. The vehicle ran only 22000 km only, but i faced lot of problems in it since beginning. First battery was at fault then it was fronttyre issue at only 10000 km. Though i m doing regular services the utmost care was not taken of the vehicle. Last sevice was done just 15 day's before and now car is having break pad failure with complete loss of disk. I m very much frusted with the careless attitude o[censored]r nashik dealer and their hopeless behavior.
                      I request you to get in touch with all issues urgently. The vehicle is still standing in dealer's premise.. I m not getting satisfactory answer s from them.

                          My vehicle ap28 dm 6018 is not able to crank frequently. A new battery was put about a month back by me. After a week it was unable to start. Since then two times vehicle has gone to galaxy toyota service centre at okhla, new delhi, spent 9000 rupees with all wiring check, relay changes etc etc.
                          Mr. Rajeev though tried his best but after receiving on 24.4.18 (Duly keeping for 6 days wirh service centre) again same problem since 4.5.18. I am unable to get either a positive response or a solution. Pl help on top priority.

                            I am a customer of toyota owning etios vx, since 2014. Now i wish to purchase innova crysta automatic.. So i contacted mr ashok kumar, through phone since 30th april 2018. On 30th he gave the details and said he will send the details on the next day, since i called in the evening. Next day i waited until evening but i didn’t received any call from him/ company employee. So once agin i contacted him, and he said all the finance department employees are in training and they will contact me on friday. Yesterday also i didn’t received any call from company and i tried to contact him and he didn’t pick my call.

                            So i contacted mr. Makesh, tirunelvei manager and he said he will do the needful. But saturday also i didn’t received any call from company. So once again i contacted mr. Makesh and he said he forwarded everything to mr. Ashok and mr. Makesh is not possible to do any thing since i am a nagercoil customer. I wasted a complete week with out getting any support from the company.

                            Really i felt sad and shame to wait for these irresponsible persons and being a toyota customer...

                              One of your dealers in nagpur (Grace toyota kamptee road) have delivered me fortuner 2017 model but i have ordered for 2018 model and also paid for new fortuner 2018 model. I have waited for 10-12 days as they did not had 2018 model in stock and also i have repeatedly told them about 2018 model only (Also i have quotation from grace regarding 2018 model) but they have delivered old model (I. E. 2017) and did not inform me about it. When i came to know about it they replied me saying it was a mistake from our end as 3-4 defective fortuners from toyota company were arrived at showroom and your 2018 model fortuner was one of them therefore we gave you old model which was in stock and now nothing can be done. But they have purposefully gave me the old model and did not tell me about it. I have contacted customer care also but no solution till now.
                              I have requested them to share toyota officials number also but they are not giving me any contacts. Neither they are taking this incident seriously.

                                I have put my innova for 30000k. M but not done my any work which i wrote in job card... Only washing happen and give me back... I put car at 8.30 a. M and i receive 8.15 p. M after 2 hour sitting in customer lounge. No body coating happen.. No alignment.. Balancing.. No tyre rotation.. And c. D player complaint.. No one is done and i pay 9787... For this customer came in toyota showroom???

                                  I have buy a new toyota Fortuner 4*2 automatic on 2nd april 2018 from ESPIRIT TOYOTA NOIDA SEC 8 but there is a problem occured in suspension when I visited service centre they have told me that a scrue was loose so is now tighten. After 2 days I face the same probem again visited the service centre and they told that the screw is changed now so no need to worry but again the main reason of suspension is not explain to me. But on the same day I faced the same problem and visit again and now they told me that all screw is changed now so no need to worry. After 3 days I faced a new problem in gear shifting as well as a sound coming from engine while changing gear. When I complain this to service centre they told that I have to pay for it. This is a new car I bought just 20 days ago which ran only 350km and I faced a lot of problems again and again. They are not responding me even talking rudely and doesn’t solving my new car issue worst company Toyota employees dont have eticates to talk to the customer nor the general manager responsing

                                    I bought innova crysta zx manual model from globe toyota ambala city on 25 may 2016.in jan 2018 nearly after 15000 of running my 4 tyres got sidewall buldging and cracks. I had complained twice to dealer but result is none. The poor quality of bridgestone tyres of 17 inches 215/55 with smaller sidewall thickness is not matching the muv. I thought the name toyota itself resemble quality assurance but it may be wrong this time..
